The controller is extremely comfortable to hold, it has great durability and the triggers are so satisfying to press. The color is amazing, it looks premium and even the box that came in looks premium. It came with high quality batteries that I haven't changed for a really long time (I use it on pc and don't have any compatibility issues) and overall I'm extremely satisfied and I recommend this to anyone that has 60€ budget for a controller .

I bought it solely because with the DualSense (PS5) for some games (Microsoft's quirks anyway) I had to install another program on Windows to recognize the input... anyway, I don't give it 2 stars because I was impressed by how the ergonomics have deteriorated compared to the older classic Xbox (this one is very narrow and generally smaller in everything) but because it costs almost 60 euros AND DOES NOT HAVE RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES NOR A CABLE!! You have to shell out an additional 20 euros to get them separately...

I bought it for the PC and I am very satisfied, even though I was used to the PlayStation controllers and had never tried it, I learned it very quickly and I probably prefer it now, it is heavier in the hand but has a more ergonomic and natural grip.
It connects very easily to the PC, and works in all the games I have tried, perhaps its biggest advantage.
For batteries, it definitely needs rechargeable ones, which depending on the capacity and what games you play, last roughly 20-30 hours.
Another downside is that the battery percentage in the Windows indicator is a bit random, and the controller just shuts off suddenly when the batteries run out, there is no indication either on this or on the screen like there is on the PlayStation

The controller stopped working wirelessly within the first 6 months. It hadn't been mishandled, dropped, or hit at all, and I found it quite strange. However, since I had a type-C cable, I could use it normally for about another year (note, if I remember correctly, no cable was included in the packaging). However, during this time, the controller would disconnect at random times for no specific reason. I thought it was the cable or the port, so I initially changed the cable to test it. In the end, no matter what cable I used, it only made things worse.
Aside from that, the controller is reliable for as long as it stays functional without disconnecting. However, if we factor in the price (currently 62.90 euros), I wouldn't recommend it. Very good controller as long as it works properly, but its joysticks have a lifespan of about 6 months until they start drifting, which means it needs a repair that costs around 20 euros, and after 6 months you will have the same issue again, so it's a lost cause. Personally, I paid 80 euros and I regret it a lot. There are better solutions on the market with hall effect sensors and magnets in the joystick, which eliminates drift as there is no friction like in the potentiometer used by Microsoft and Sony.

Very beautiful controller, I bought it when it first came out but unfortunately it didn't have much durability over time. As I can see from other reviews, in the year that I had it, it presented the same problem that almost everyone had. The left analog stick would stick and go wherever it wanted. I bought a replacement for 5 euros and changed the joystick myself from the board. It worked for a while but again presented the same problem. It's a shame because it's a gorgeous controller.

I remove 1 star after receiving the controller defective, with the home button flashing constantly. I had to return it. Now I am ordering it for the second time, hoping that this time it will not have the same problem again. I saw comments that had exactly the same problem and I find it unacceptable that Microsoft has not done anything to address the issue.
Edit: I received the second controller and it presented exactly the same problem. After a lot of searching, I finally learned online that it is a Windows drivers issue from Microsoft and not a defective product issue, so the problem lies with Windows and that explains why for some of us the problem persists regardless of replacing the controller with another. Unfortunately, there is no simple solution to the problem, and we cannot do much about it. If your controller has a problem, the most logical thing is that the controller itself is not to blame and the only possible solution is to format Windows and pray that the drivers will work correctly with the next Windows installation. Microsoft has disappointed me.
For the record, my operating system is Windows 11 Pro, international English, 64bit

An excellent design and one of the best (at least in theory) controllers you can get today, unfortunately accompanied by disappointing quality control and assembled with the cheapest plastic on the market.
For €65, I got in my hands a construction that if it didn't have the Xbox logo, I would swear it came from China, with a texture just slightly above the level of the container that holds the toys inside Kinder eggs, a d-pad and shoulder buttons that wake the dead with their noise, and of course a rechargeable battery that is still sold separately in 2023.
I decided to overlook the above and enjoy my game instead of complaining. But even that I couldn't manage to do. I have uploaded a video, which will probably be approved in the next few days and will accompany the review, in which an extremely annoying type of stick drift near the center of the movement of the left joystick is evident, preventing it from centering when released. The result is that when controlling a character, it randomly looks left and right, and even worse, when driving a car, it turns wherever it wants. In combat phases, it is frustrating, and in driving, it can send you crashing into a wall depending on how fast you are going.
It is completely prohibitive for a product with this name to be like this, and even worse, to have such good reviews. I acknowledge that I may have gotten a defective piece, but that doesn't change the poor build quality and the fact that this is not the first time Microsoft has sold overpriced controllers with stick drift.

Connected directly to Windows 11 and recognized by games that support controller without any issues and without any setup. Very nice feeling in the hand. Positive that it is wireless and has a headphone jack in case there are no wireless ones. It can also work wired with a type-c cable.
