    Unfortunately, the spiral that encloses the steam tube broke in the first 4-5 uses while I keep it straight (I don't store it because I use it constantly). To make it work, I applied insulation where it was cut... and after 1.5 months of use, the button also broke... maybe I just got a defective product... the problem is that the company only accepts emails for defective products and even though I have sent one here 20 days ago... I haven't received a response
