Apart from the noise cancellation when listening to music and having both in your ears, I have nothing else positive to write. I mainly got them for customer conversations and they are TERRIBLE! You always have to have both in your ears to be able to have a conversation, and even then it feels like you're in a well. Most of the time I have to resort to using the phone. The case slips and falls easily, the earbuds fall out easily no matter what size rubber I use (I don't have very small or very big ears), and if you wear a hat when it's cold, the buttons are constantly being pressed because they are overly sensitive. These headphones are at a 20€ level. They are definitely not worth the 110€ I paid.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with these specific headphones. The reason I bought them was mainly to have quality conversations with my clients without constantly holding the phone to my head.
In this regard, the headphones are simply unacceptable (considering the price, of course). They cannot have a retail price of €190 and have a conversation quality comparable to headphones worth €20. My clients constantly complained that they couldn't hear me well, that the sound was muffled, etc., which resulted in me eventually having to speak on the phone. I spoke with the company, sent them for inspection, and they found everything to be okay. The funny thing is that when I was talking to the company's service using my headphones, they said they couldn't hear me well, but still didn't consider them faulty.
Also, I consider the battery life to be average. As a result, I use my Plantronics headphones worth about €50, which are five years old, instead of the expensive JBL ones.
The reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is that if someone only wants them for listening to music, then the headphones are very good.
If you want them for conversation as well, get something else.
They were given to me as a gift, but they are very good. The battery is excellent and they are resistant to sweat and water. Of course, sometimes they didn't listen to me well. They play very nice music. They are not worth 209 euros, but if you find them cheaper, get them!
The first time I put them on, they gave me the feeling that they don't fit well in the ear, but in the end, they are fine. That's their design and it doesn't tire at all. They have unexpectedly good and clear sound and full bass. The fit is very good, it even tells you if they have been placed correctly in the ears. I believe they are worth their money.

In the price category, perhaps the best in sound, application, and comfort. With the app, you can adjust the sound to your liking. I bought 4 as a gift and users find them to be the best they have ever used in the earbud category. Ideal for Apple users, with sound superior to AirPods Pro and similar practicality.
Very good choice for someone who wants to combine a lot of talking during the day but also enjoys music, in high quality. Not suitable for intense exercise, no issues with walking.
They connect quickly, have a satisfactory battery, are durable (I have dropped them 3 times), I hear well and I am heard. Also, you can listen to music with very good quality. I'm glad I found them, they are worth the money. Obviously, they are not suitable for sports.
