The worst iron ever. I bought it and the two times I used it, it leaked water from the plate and soaked the clothes. I sent it to the dealer and they told me there was nothing wrong with it. Wasted money

I like the light weight and that it doesn't stick to clothes.. However, if you are used to continuous steam, you will find the steam a bit low.. It falls in a concentrated way (which then irons well) only when you make a shot that takes a little while to react!
I have been using this iron for my house for a year now. It's perfect, you can imagine that I even bought a second one for my daughter-in-law. The great difference is in this iron's descaling feature, it's simple and effortless.

Positives:
Very compact in size, lightweight (the entire system, not just the iron), plate glides smoothly on all fabrics, automatic temperature adjustment that irons everything without any issues. Very comfortable to use, as you can leave the iron horizontally on the ironing board. Satisfactory steam for the usual clothes of a family.
Eco button with less steam (very useful for delicate clothes to avoid dampness), turbo button with more steam (for thick clothes like jeans). The eco and turbo buttons are not available on all models of the compact series.
The salt cleaning system is very practical.
Possible negatives for some:
The steam transfer hose from the boiler to the iron is a bit small for a large ironing board and left-handed users. There is no problem for right-handed users or regular-sized ironing boards.
For heavily wrinkled clothes or large clothes that require intense, continuous steam, such as bed sheets, the steam may not be sufficient for some people and they may need one of the more powerful (and of course more expensive) models.
Personally, for our family's needs, this particular model is more than enough.
I cannot judge the reliability because the purchase is very recent, but my previous compact series steam iron from Philips, with exactly the same capabilities, continues to function normally for 6-7 years. I bought the new one for another family member.
