We have installed it about a month ago, replacing the older type Hager EH010 with the "teeth." We use it for the automatic opening/closing of the outdoor lights of the garden and the apartment building.

So far, it works amazingly. The only thing that was needed was an initial setup with the Hager Mood app. Now it changes the time of the lights every day, depending on the sunset/sunrise, and we have gotten rid of the manual timer that we had to go down and adjust every now and then. Additionally, in case of a power outage, it keeps the settings unlike the old one where we had to go down and adjust it again.

The installation was very easy in the electrical panel, done by an electrician in about 10 minutes.

I have installed it for external lighting control. I also bought the compatible photocell because I wanted it to turn on when it gets dark and turn off at 3 o'clock. But this combination did not satisfy me. Eventually, I set it to turn on half an hour before sunset (it has sunrise and sunset times stored in memory, as well as daylight saving time) and to turn off at 3 o'clock, and since then I haven't had to deal with settings anymore and I saved a lot of trouble compared to the continuous adjustment that a conventional timer requires. One problem I found is that when you connect it with the app, you must remember to press sync again to get the program, otherwise it does not work and remains inactive. I think it significantly contributes to energy saving with the Sunrise-Sunset option, especially if you have a lot of lighting

Amazing timer. It works with the Hager iOS application. In my case, it controls the water heater.
