  With two cats and a dog at home, I am quite satisfied with its performance, although I was very skeptical since it is the first one I bought. I have had it for about a month, it vacuums superbly, but I haven't tried it for mopping. It only stores three maps, so if your house has rooms on different levels, you need a map for each level. Of course, even without a map, it does its job just fine. If all the rooms are on the same level, it maps them, divides them (can also be done manually), you have them all on one map, and then you can choose which ones you want to clean.
  UPDATE -2 stars, after two months it got stuck and doesn't return to the base to park. At the store (foxstore), they told me that the repair/replacement takes about 20 days, it has been 40 and I am still waiting.

  Fantastic choice! Thank you to all the previous users for their reviews, which made me purchase the vacuum cleaner. The only thing it doesn't do is close the doors, sweep behind them, reopen them, and continue, but I guess I'll have to wait for a proper robot for that job. It's not silent, but my old good electric vacuum cleaner makes much more noise. Its software is a bit strange, but it does very accurate mapping. I haven't seen any dog hair on the floor for a week. I added 1/2 teaspoon of green soap flakes (Arkadi) to the water tank and the result was impressive! I highly recommend it!

  update: If it starts behaving strangely and turning for no reason (see the photos), it's because the sensor on the right side (an oval hole on the side) needs cleaning. It gave me an error and luckily informed me to clean it because I wouldn't have thought of it.

  In the specifications, it says that it doesn't have no go zones and multiple mapping, but it does have them.
  I just got it and I am very satisfied for now. I say this because before I had a Xiaomi mi mop 2 and within 6 months it couldn't park anymore, I hope this one doesn't have the same issue. I was impressed with how it reads the space, it sees very far and accurately. In the photo, it shows that it can see even the balcony, although it can't go there. The installation and connection with the app were much easier than with the Xiaomi mi mop 2. Of course, the floor must be clear of objects and you should pay special attention to cables and socks because they get tangled in the wheels. And a piece of advice, if you have cats, don't put it in operation when you're not home because they might have vomited somewhere and it could spread it all over the house.

  By upgrading from the simple Xiaomi Mop Essential that lasted two years without any spare parts or service changes, I hope this gem will withstand even more.
  First of all, I must say I am thrilled with the very successful mapping of the space and the extra features it offers, something that the simple Xiaomi Essential model did not provide.

  It cleans my space quickly and effectively in about 25 minutes (around 45 square meters) and nothing is left behind.

  I used it twice in a row for sweeping only and then for mopping! Flawless!

  The only thing that gave me a little trouble at first, but it's my fault for not checking the instructions, is that I had downloaded the Dreame app and was trying to connect it, but I couldn't. Until I opened the instructions and found out that it is a subsidiary of Xiaomi, so it has direct compatibility with their app. (Luckily! One less app!)

  Oh, and I also tried the trick I read about, where I simply added a little detergent to the cloth (enhanced with some Dettol) and it became an excellent mopping with a nice fragrance!

  My Marouska (yes, yes, I even gave her a name haha) is my best friend. With a pet at home and work hours, life was somewhat difficult. She has really helped me out. I put her to work day after day, and once a week I clean myself to get what she can't reach. All my furniture has legs, so she can go underneath, which I find very practical. As for mopping, it's good for a refresh, but nothing extraordinary. She maps and you can choose which rooms you want her to clean. She picks up light rugs (e.g. bathroom mats), but doesn't get stuck on the rest. The fewer obstacles she encounters, the better. Watch out for cables because she chews on them.   I bought it because besides the fact that I shed, I also have a dog, so if the floor is not cleaned daily, it quickly fills up with hair.

  Overall, it is easy to use (it simply has a base that returns on its own and charges when the cleaning is finished, and you can activate it by pressing the on button), but it also has extra functions if you connect it to WiFi and download the app (you can remotely tell it when to start, set a cleaning schedule, monitor which rooms it has passed through, tell it not to go to certain areas, or insist on others).

  Obviously, due to its shape, it cannot reach all the corners, and to go behind furniture, they need to be moved (although it can fit underneath and clean wherever it fits). Despite not having access to corners, if used daily, enough dirt does not accumulate in the corners.

  Its mapping is quite good, and I was impressed by how it approaches obstacles: it tries all directions to clean the perimeter around it. It was also a pleasant surprise that it can climb relatively thick carpets.

  During its first pass, it may leave some things behind, so I let it clean 2-3 times a day (there is the option of scheduled cleaning and mopping), and overall, the floor remains quite clean.

  It has adjustable intensity, and at max, it does a pretty good job, even on carpets. It makes less noise than a regular vacuum cleaner, but you can't call it silent, so because it may bother the dog, I usually set it to clean when we are out using the app.

  Mopping is not particularly effective since it cannot apply much pressure like a human hand can.

  As for the bin and capacity, it is relatively small, but it is easy to empty.

  Bottom line: if you have an issue with hair, I highly recommend it

  Amazing!!! It has solved my hands. I live in a house, surrounded by fields, orchards, where it has a back door, which we use very often and outside it has cement and soil. You understand what happens inside the house when we go in and out in the winter mainly, but also in the summer.. I also have a fireplace.. By putting wood inside the house, additional dirt enters. With the Dreame D9, I have stopped being myself and my husband with a broom in hand... It is very good. It mapped during the first cleaning. It does all the functions that I read on the internet that exist. It can take up to three maps, ask it to clean specific rooms, a specific spot, or simply not go somewhere you don't want it to (like the dog's bowl, for example). You can also manually take it somewhere and press a button and it will clean that spot. When it finishes what you have asked it to do, it returns to its base by itself and charges. Also, when the battery drops below 15%, it goes to the base, charges, and continues from where it left off. It fits almost everywhere, but also where it doesn't fit when I want it to clean, for example under the couch, I put two books to lift the couch, and it cleans there too... It doesn't reach the corners... The mopping doesn't impress me, but I am so satisfied with the vacuuming that it doesn't bother me... I highly recommend it. It's worth its money!!!

  I was late to evaluate it so as not to give the 5* easily, this vacuum cleaner really deserves it, especially now that I put the carpets, it cleans them much better than me!!! It's average in mopping, but okay like all the others from what I read!! It's worth it for me, as I have a 3-story house, it saved me!! I have stored a map for each floor and I take it to every floor with its base!!

  Update 12/1/23: It has been missing for a week now, we took it to the store where we bought it and they have sent it for service abroad, they told us it will take more than 3 weeks for the process, its navigation broke, it has tied my hands, I have a baby and just started working, its absence is very noticeable. May the purchase was made in January, it will go to service, I deduct 1 star.

  2nd update 25/01/23: It turns out it didn't have any damage, it just needed cleaning on the top part where the mapping sensor is. It works as before.

  I mention it in case someone experiences it, to try it before sending it for service.

  Before I get into the review, I will say that I was wondering for a long time if it's worth the investment for a robotic vacuum cleaner.

  Short answer: Yes!

  Detailed answer: for someone with allergies all year round, it is extremely helpful. The reason is that it goes to places that you wouldn't clean regularly or as well as the vacuum cleaner, unless you were paying a housekeeper to do it regularly or your main concern is household chores, so you have the time to do them in detail. The house is cleaned well and regularly, while freeing up time for you to do other things in your life.

  The negatives are that they cannot go behind doors, move objects on the floor to clean, and may get stuck in various places, e.g. cables. Therefore, before each cleaning, you should not have things on the floor.

  The review concerns the d9 PRO. And not the basic one.

  I have no experience with other vacuum cleaners. This one performs very well according to the reviews I read online. Specifically, it performs much better in cleaning than the well-known mop pro 2. If you look at online reviews, you will see it too. The first time I used it, the amount of dust it collected shocked me - as I thought I was keeping the house relatively clean. The next times, it still insisted on collecting a lot of dust. It doesn't do corners as well, which is logical due to the design. The bin is very easy to remove and has a generous HEPA filter so that dust does not escape from the bin back into the room.

  Noise: Less than a traditional vacuum cleaner.

  App: The app is good. It has many details, many options for the vacuum cleaner, and it never crashed on me. My only complaint is that when I choose to go to a specific room, the map resets for some reason. Therefore, I use the "zone clean" feature. It also has multimapping. This helps even those who have a house, so if the map is lost, stop the vacuum immediately, and reload the map without losing it.

  Mopping: Personally, I don't use it often. Unfortunately, due to my floor, it produces quite a few small sharp marble pieces, which the vacuum cleaner drags and then scratches the rest of the room. Of course, it's not the vacuum cleaner's fault, as it is described in all robotic vacuums. Otherwise, the few times I used it, I had no complaints. However, do not expect professional-level mopping as if you did it yourself.

  Navigation: It doesn't lose its way. You trust that it won't need you to be on top of it all the time. It goes everywhere, even on black floors.

  If I don't change the review, it means that it works well and I haven't changed my mind about it.

  It is my first attempt to purchase such a vacuum cleaner. Being almost obsessed with daily cleaning (as I have a cat at home and I can't stand the fur), combined with the fireplace and the wood I have inside... In a few words, I was tired of sweeping! I thought I would get it!
  First cleaning and I am shocked by what it collected! I really didn't expect it! And it is also very easy to handle from the application. The only downside is that it doesn't go up on the shaggy rugs, but okay, the vacuum cleaner doesn't pass over them either.

  Being very particular about cleanliness, I didn't believe it would do as good a job as a human hand. It really proved me wrong, the vacuum is incredible and leaves no trace behind! One tip: because you can't put any cleaning solution inside, as it may be damaged by the foam (only Xiaomi-approved ones that I don't know if they exist in Greece), pour half a cap on the cloth it has on the bottom so that when it wipes, it passes through the back.
  Update: it has an issue with carpets. I have 2 large ones in the living room, it easily passes through the thinnest one, while it gets stuck on the slightly thicker one and doesn't go under furniture, which in the summer without carpets it went everywhere.
