truly non-stick. however, it requires caution because it is not resistant to scratches from metal objects (spoons, forks, etc.). I have cooked a few times and I am quite satisfied. classic Tefal. it was what I expected when I bought it.
It is highly recommended for anyone in need of such a utensil. Its cooking is very good, overall its use is very convenient.
It has a very good temperature distribution, satisfactorily maintaining the food boiling even with the eye regulator at 3.
The only slight negative might be its weight, which is slightly above the average one would expect, but perhaps this heavy bottom it has provides better boiling quality.

With this cookware, one understands the definition of non-stick. We have had the previous model, a 26cm Tefal sauté pan, for 3 years. As you can see in the photos, it hasn't suffered anything serious apart from normal wear and tear over time. Surely, this one won't suffer either because it is exactly the same except for the handle upgrade, especially the smaller handle that used to get hot during cooking, just like the glass lid handle.
The height is satisfactory at 9 cm and the inner width is exactly 26 cm, so nothing spills outside. It is an ideal cookware when you want to sauté bulky vegetables like mushrooms and cauliflower and need to stir them.
The bottom is thick, 1 cm, making it ideal for induction cooktops for strong magnetism with minimal noise, even on boost.
The build quality is excellent, although it's not cast iron, which in my opinion is not matched by any other cookware, but all Tefal pans, if treated correctly, meaning no sudden and extreme temperature changes and if using silicone spatulas-tongs-wire, then they won't suffer anything at all. However, if scratches or cracks start to appear, which happen if not used properly with metallic utensils or due to improper storage (a big mistake to stack one pan inside another), then it's only a matter of time for the non-stick coating to be completely destroyed and ruined... goodbye lifespan.
Rinsing and scrubbing with a sponge (soft side) and drying-storage will be your friend.
I would buy it again, but not at a cast iron price, rather at a normal price. I had bought other sauté pans that would bubble up at the bottom with minimal use, and I had to work with a hammer every now and then to flatten them!! Hahaha.
With this sauté pan, you can fry, boil, and cook without changing cookware, and it can hold enough food for 4 people satisfactorily.

Bought from Kotsovolos in April 2023, in 5 months it suffered what you see in the photo. Kotsovolos was unacceptable, sending me here and there to find an authorized Tefal service because they said their own procedures would take months! Eventually, after speaking with Tefal, they sent me to an authorized service for a technician to come and see it, and after 2 weeks they replied that it is not covered by the warranty. The non-stick coating cracked and peeled off, without using inappropriate tools for washing or cooking. Always used a wooden spoon and gentle sponge scrubbing. Unacceptable quality for the money and pathetic service and support.
