Ratchet screwdriver. One side has a socket, the other side has a 1/4 ratchet profile socket. For particularly small distances. It grips very well, especially for its size, and between us, if you want more torque, then you need a regular ratchet with an adapter, not a nano screwdriver. It changes direction with as much difficulty as needed, given the dimensions. I recommend being careful not to inadvertently apply torque when changing direction. I also recommend a "1/4 to 1/4" adapter female to female to add an extension that will give you the usual distance.
