120mm computer case fan with PWM connection that allows the motherboard to adjust the fan speed. It can be installed in two ways to draw cold air into the case and to blow hot air out of the case.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
These fans are just what you need for any kind of system! Silent, economical, and keep the computer at normal temperatures! They were used for a build of €300 that you can see here: https://youtu.be/hB8J9ox0Xs4
A lot of noise no matter how hard you try to fix the curve. Nevertheless, with such a price, you can't have expectations.
Quite fair and good for their price. The definition of VFM.
I bought 5 individual 120mm fans (€4.90 each), as it was cheaper than the 5-pack.
They were installed in 2 different computers for office use, and you can't hear them at all, nor do they affect the "calmness" of the office.
The extension they provide is handy in case you don't have extra headers to connect more fans.
Also, it seems that Arctic has changed the years of warranty, as the box in the photo shows 10 years here on Skroutz, but the one I uploaded and on their website for the same product it says 6 years.
If you are looking for case fans, these here are a very good solution.
I have them for 1 year and they are fantastic even though they are cheap. I have 3 in the front to put and 1 in the back and 1 on top to take out. Very good flow.
After 4 years of having it installed, it is one of the best and most silent fans I have purchased!
Whatever someone may say about these fans, it's not enough! Quality and reliability at a very good price! The only reason someone might not prefer them is the lack of lighting, which Arctic has taken care of by releasing a series with argb lighting!
I have installed 3 of these on my PC, and put the PC in "Silent mode" (using Gigabyte's S.I.V.). Under light work conditions (programming), the temperatures range from 34-40oC, with the fans running at 20-25% (it has a curve that starts at 18% at 30oC, 25% at 40oC, 33% at 50oC, and 100% at 60oC). During gaming with a 1660Ti, the fan speeds increase but it is reasonable.
If you don't play games, using your computer's PWM will save you from the noise!
I tried it today, as soon as I installed it and heard the noise, I was ready to take it off.. However, after searching, I found that it runs at full speed constantly by default, even though it doesn't need to.. But there is a BIOS setting.
Conclusion: It is worth the money and more
You can cool your system with a sum of money by purchasing a Noctua fan. They are extremely efficient and affordable. If you are nitpicky about noise and don't want to hear even the slightest sound (you can't even call it noise), then you should go for something higher-end!
It makes a liiiittle bit of noise, which you can get used to, it's not something tragic.
But for some people it might be somewhat annoying.
(Even in mild use where it doesn't operate loudly, it can be heard in a relatively quiet room)
I really wonder why this company hasn't closed yet! It's like we're stealing from them. I have bought over 15-20 of these specific fans and not a single one has broken, even after 10 years. They are also completely silent. The only issue I overlook because of the price is that they have a short cable, so you will need a 4-PIN PWM EXTENSION, which costs a maximum of 3 euros. Don't look for anything else if you like it visually. It also has a cable for connecting another fan on top of it.
The best Value for money Case Fan.
Quality, quiet and effective. The ability to connect the fans in series (PST) solves many problems.
They could have a slightly longer cable...
It is not pressure optimized, so it is not ideal for coolers, but only for the case. There is the P series for these cases.
Very good choice for its price. I bought 4 today and they work perfectly. There is a big difference from the stock fans that the case had (HAF 932), which were good but not enough at 700 RPM and with the high ambient temperatures we have now. I replaced 2 230x30 fans of the case with these 120mm ones (I installed 3) and they are perfect. They run at full speed (1400 RPM) and you can't hear them AT ALL!
I have bought two of these and I have placed them in the front part of my case (Aerocool qs-240) to intake the cool air. For the past 6 months that I have been using them, they have been working silently with very good performance and cooling, and they seem reliable since they have a 10-year warranty. They are just what you need for any system you have. Get them, don't hesitate to buy them. They will not disappoint you.
The quietest fan I have ever used. You don't realize audibly that your computer is running.
For its price, it is decent.
You can fill the PC with 5-6 fans without spending 40+ euros.
As for the construction, it is flawless and their performance is satisfactory
They are not completely silent but they are quite effective, cheap and have few things to envy from 20-dollar fans. A very good solution for their money.
Unbelievable price for all that PWM, PST offers compared to other brands, quiet and good construction!
Excellent fan both in effectiveness and in noise and connectivity. It remains to be proven its reliability over time.
Free cooling case, connection in series without hub (pst), silent.
If you're not an LED maniac, you can get it and do your job until the giants take them from you :) otherwise, you do your job forever, and if they break, it's only 5 euros.
Very good for its price. Its biggest positive is that it has a double plug so you can add one more if you don't have enough slots on the motherboard.
Something basic that I didn't see anyone mentioning and I had as a question before buying them, for those who want to buy them. PST means that besides the simple 4-pin female cable that plugs into the motherboard and powers the fan, it also has an additional 4-pin male (the same as the motherboard) so you can connect the next fan on it. So you don't need a splitter. For example, if you want to install 4 fans but only have one fan header on the motherboard, you need 3 Arctic F12 PWM PST and one regular Arctic F12 PWM. You connect them like this: "Fan header -> Arctic F12 PWM PST -> Arctic F12 PWM PST -> Arctic F12 PWM PST -> Arctic F12 PWM". As for the other characteristics, they are worth the money.
I don't argue that for its price it is the best, I have 1 - 120mm and 3 - 140mm of these in an NZXT 340 ELITE case and I am very satisfied! Also, the blades take on the color of the LED strip or any LED you have! After 1000RPM they make a little noise but it's not annoying, it creates pretty good airflow... I highly recommend it, choose this specific model (PWM PST) because Arctic produces many similar external fans.
5 euros for a fan that will cool your system and provide good airflow. What can I say, you can really fill your case with these without emptying your wallet. Personally, I think they are also very nice looking, as I generally like white :p. Lastly, I would like to add that the fans are 4-pin, so someone can adjust their speed.
Very good airflow. For me, the desired thing was the intake and exhaust of air in the computer and without LED. Of course, the price as well because I bought 4.

Good evening... I bought 2 of these to have better airflow and more silence... They are very well made and made of sturdy materials, beautiful in every way... but... I can adjust them through the BIOS and I have set them to silent, so they automatically adjust to 1005 rpm... they make quite a bit of noise at 1005 rpm, especially if you have 2 in the front of the case... through the BIOS, you can also do it manually, which allows you to control how fast they run instead of the PC automatically... unfortunately, I set it to 0.75 pwm, the rpm was at 985 and I could still hear them loudly... for anyone who wants quiet fans, especially 2 of these, I would not recommend it... nevertheless, they provide very good airflow, I noticed a big difference in my temperatures compared to the stock Intel cooling...!
