I bought it as my first set, as I planned to use many of them and buy new ones individually for whichever one got worn out. They have good construction, very good blade, but I didn't even have the chance to properly use one tip on a piece of wood and the protective material (the yellow one) got eaten/melted. The blade has held up well and cuts just fine, but I expected slightly better results. As a first purchase, it's good, but surely over time one will need to replace the pieces that are used more frequently.
