    The speakers are quite good and at maximum volume the sound is not distorted, so I would say they are not very powerful for parties. They have good build quality and it helps that they have a jack when you want to isolate the sound from the speakers and listen through headphones. The 4 stars are for the durability over time, which remains to be seen. Also, if you want more sound, for example on YouTube, there are Chrome extensions like sound booster and sound amplifier that increase the volume and you can still hear clearly even at maximum. They have decent plastic and build quality. They are just what you need for computer speakers at 20 euros.
