-1 star because it was defective from the start. The motor did not work and it was due to a problematic board.
I have purchased this specific extractor fan and I have to say that it is the best on the market. Apart from the beautiful design it gives to your kitchen, it has an opening glass that you lower to better absorb the steam, and at its edges there are magnets so that when you close it, it touches and seals at the edges. The LED it has on the bottom front gives you a beautiful sense of light that enhances its beauty when there is a continuous LED under our kitchen cabinets. The filter inside can be easily washed and removed, and I consider the noise of this particular extractor fan to be as low as all modern extractors have nowadays. I have had it for two years and I am very satisfied. I don't understand why it has such a low rating. Just be careful with the choice of technician who will install it for you.
The extractor is amazing! With plenty of light and moderate noise, it depends on the speed you choose and easy to clean! Every week I clean the filter (and in the dishwasher) because it sucks so well that it gets dirty... All of you who complain is because the one who installed it did not install it correctly!!! and I mention this because it is really a shame! The manufacturer recommends a 150mm pipe, but in the market they are very expensive (I do not understand the reason) and everyone uses a 120mm. Resulting in different performance and noise! Look at it again!
Not even a star..... we bought it because of the design and the dimensions. From the beginning, it didn't perform well and in 8 months it had broken! The people at the service center are simply ridiculous and rude! Stay away, don't bother... It's not worth it for any reason. Besides the design, it's not worth it!
It is beautiful, but it makes a lot of noise and it doesn't have anything to put in front of the cabinet to prevent steam from escaping.
Stay away! It is overly expensive for no reason. It makes a lot of noise. There is no after-sales support... Mine made noise due to a malfunction on the first level and sounded like a tractor, and their response was that if it's my fault, I will be charged and I have to dismantle it myself and take it to one of their partners for inspection because that's their company policy!
It is a quality construction and looks beautiful.
If you are looking for a hidden extractor hood, it is a good choice.
Its downside is that it makes noise even on the lowest setting.
Another downside is that it does not have a sort of glass cover in front to prevent steam from passing onto the door of the hanging cabinet when cooking on the front burners.
It's not worth a single euro. Nothing they say is true. Only noise, nothing else.
