Pros: speed, screen, small size-easy to handle with one hand, reinforced rugged-IP68, MIL-STD-810G, supports fast charging, removable battery, reputable brand, excellent cost-performance-quality ratio.
Cons: it's 4G not 5G, the battery is small but charges quickly, it lasts 8 hours of continuous use with GPS navigation, calls, music, and messages.
If you want better photos and videos, get an iPhone. Also, the sound from the speaker for music is not good. It doesn't bother me because I listen with headphones. In this case, go for an iPhone.
Update: After only 10 months and within the warranty period, the main camera broke. This is the first time I've had a Samsung phone and the first time my phone has had a defect (previous ones were the then American Motorola, iPhone, and Cat). After this, I will try to avoid Samsung as much as possible. Let's see what the service says.
Update: At the service since 14-5-24. "We will check it and call you by tomorrow." On 15-5, I haven't received a call, so I call them. "The camera is broken, we ordered it, we will call you by tomorrow." On 16-5-2024: They don't call me, so I go to the service myself. "When will I get my phone back because I need it?" "Let's see if the camera arrives tomorrow" (generally............ "tomorrow"). "And if it doesn't arrive tomorrow, when will it come?" "We don't know because it comes as an order from abroad." I take it back. I contact Samsung and ask what happened with the authorized service, and they tell me, "Oh, we can't do anything, it's an authorized issue. Leave your details so we can inform our supervisor, maybe they will call you."
I call another "authorized" service. "The spare part is not even in stock, so we can't order it. Call us weekly in case it becomes available." The other person said it was available. One of them is lying, probably the "tomorrow" one.
I bought the phone to at least do my work, with the broken camera, and then I will do a weekly survey if the spare part exists. Never again Samsung, never Chinese brands, and what's left? Cat and Apple.
Update: 21-5-2024. The spare part still doesn't exist............
Update: 5-6-2024. Finally, I went and left it again at an authorized service on 3-6-2024 because that's what Samsung support told me, and because in the meantime, I had to buy a new phone. This time, I didn't take it to the "tomorrow" one but to another one. In 2 days, they called me and said, "We found the camera, we put it on, but there's still a problem. It's the motherboard after all, we will change that too. In 2 days, we will call you to come and pick it up." If it's true, I suppose there's a difference between services. Theoretically, it will be ready on 7-6-2024.
Update: The Samsung service at Amerikis Square saved their reputation. Indeed, I received it on 7-6-2024 with a changed camera and motherboard.
