  Fast to boil, but for some reason that I haven't discovered and unlike other kettles I've had until now, it makes a ridiculously loud noise. Like little firecrackers are going off... At first, I thought it was due to the minerals at the bottom, but even in a spotless kettle, it still does it. The issue is that we have a baby in the next room, and such a loud and sudden noise is a problem. Our old one was noisy too, but not this bad; we basically replaced it with this one because of the noise, but this one is worse. In the office, I have a Princess of similar price, and it is completely silent.

  4 years immortal! Obviously, it will make noise, it's a kettle. For all these years, I clean it by boiling it with white vinegar, and it's like new every time. Finally, I would like to add that boiling is done quickly. I highly recommend it without reservation!

  After 1.5 years that I have it, initially the filter that retains the salts when you put water broke, while at the moment it does not work unless you press it hard on its base and hold it until the water boils... I tried to repair it myself, it seemed that I succeeded, but only for a few days. It seems that the contact gradually deteriorates with use and at some point it stops making contact. It's a shame because it boils the water quite quickly and does not easily catch salts.

In the instructions, it says to boil water and throw it away three times before use, but no, for a month now I have been boiling and throwing away the intense awful plastic smell it emits, which hasn't gone away, and it even affects the taste of the water I bought a kettle and I boil water in a pot to make coffee and cook.   For the pit-ska! For one reason only to me. The detachable filter fell off on its own after two weeks of use. It doesn't fit at all! If you notice in the instructions, there isn't even one photo showing how the filter is inserted and removed. They must know something and make the Chinese guy do it!

  Today I also noticed condensation in the water measuring column. A useless product where the outside looks good but the inside is garbage! The only encouraging thing is that the cable seems to be of good quality and you don't risk it exploding in your face!
