Entering the 7th month of use:
The keyboard appeared as an unknown device on Windows. I had it tested on another computer with new batteries, but no result. It no longer appears as a Bluetooth or RF device. I was torn between throwing it away or sending it for service, but the 39 euros nowadays made me reconsider. If possible, I will not choose to replace it with the same one.
I believe that with the positive reviews that are made during the first hours of use, they have increased its demand and value, but this set proved to not be durable over time due to its build quality.
5 months of use:
I have disabled the power-saving option for Bluetooth, which is onboard on the motherboard. The keyboard works flawlessly. The end has come for the mouse, as I had frequent disconnections and the left click required a lot of pressure, now it is not recognized as a device at all. It can be temporarily fixed by removing the battery for a few minutes, but it cannot maintain a connection for more than 3-4 minutes. For the first time, I tried the RF stick, but it is not recognized at all. I disabled the Bluetooth adapter and left only the RF (with the corresponding switch on the mouse) with no result. There is no point in sending it for service, I need to buy another one. However, the issue was that I had another option for a Bluetooth keyboard and I chose the set solution, unfortunately because the reviews I read did not have a long-term perspective, either here or on YouTube.
2 and a half months of use:
The keyboard remains at 85%. It is now tiring that its layout forces me to type slower than on a standard layout and size. However, the keys still have a good (albeit hard) feel, and I do not face any other issues. The mouse dropped to 85% and stopped working with this indication, but after changing the battery, it went back to 100%. I use the computer extensively for work, so I rarely sit at home to watch a movie/youtube, the mouse is not used much. I consider it a problem that it lasts so little, and I suspect it may be due to the battery it came with. I had four disconnections, and in all of them, I had to reconnect the BT device, which was not fixed by the reset button or turning it off and on. Finally, the left click started to fail, so those who wrote a bad review about the company's mouse were absolutely right.
I have been using the set for a month.
The build quality is excellent, the keyboard is all metal on the surface, the mouse is plastic and quiet in clicking, but the scroll wheel has a poor scrolling feel. The height is low, so if you have depth on the desk and your wrists touch it, you will not have a problem. The battery in both peripherals dropped to 85% with occasional use and turning off when not in use, and 87% for the mouse. It seems to correctly measure the battery capacity through Windows 11. Their connection to the computer via Bluetooth is fast, with zero disconnections or any other similar issue. Immediate response after inactivity.
The downside in the layout is that keys like print screen are missing, and you have to press a combination of 3 keys, and for using Home, End, you have to press Fn. Because I select text with Shift+End/Home, this now requires 3 extra keys.
I type texts very fast. With this keyboard, my typing speed is significantly reduced.
So, if you type long texts, choose a full-size keyboard.
If you want a small, high-quality and beautiful keyboard that doesn't take up space and has excellent connection quality, then it is indeed an excellent choice.
