Noisy in cutting to fit the door, but sticks very well (so much that I'm afraid of damaging the door when it needs to be replaced), but I got rid of the noise with the paper/synthetic ones that neither stayed in place nor effectively blocked the air under the door. This specific one, due to the "spring" above the bristles, adjusts to the not perfectly smooth floor and works exceptionally well.
