Purchased for home use (4 kilograms of boneless and lean meat once a month). It does make noise but otherwise excellent with good results. It is made of aluminum, while the accessories are made of stainless steel. Very good, no complaints so far. It grinds very well.

Everything is fine with grinding the meat, but sometimes it leaves black marks on the meat, requiring attention. The front nozzle constantly falls off when grinding, even though I secure it properly. As for cleaning, I put the metal parts in the dishwasher and they changed color, turning gray from stainless steel. So the metal has impurities that require attention.
