I think there was a lot of hype without any particular reason. In my opinion, it does the same job as the lash sensational. It's good, nothing different
It makes them longer but it also sticks to them and cannot be removed at all.... Not even with a dual-phase makeup remover... There are much better and more affordable ones, like the green essence... I wonder why they speak so highly of such a mascara.
I had my doubts at first about this mascara as well as the color since it's my first time trying brown. I am truly excited about the result! The color looks more "natural" compared to black mascara, while as a product it lengthens the lashes quite a bit without clumping them. I will definitely buy it again
Every time I use it, people ask me if I've had a lash lift. I love it, and the only thing I have to comment on about the color is that it just doesn't look that black; the color doesn't show as it does on the applicator
It lifts and separates very nicely. It doesn't give much length. So, it has a more natural result. It lasts a long time. It is harder to remove than others at the end of the day. Definitely requires the use of balm/oil for cleaning.

I expected the color to be more intense. It doesn't differ much from classic black. It has a very slight hue, meaning from the burgundy that is hard to distinguish. I can't tell if it emphasizes my eyes (hazel) more than the classic one. I bought it for exactly that reason, so I won't choose it again.
If I take into account that my eyelashes have dramatically thinned over the last few years, it's a pretty good product. It is sold at a reasonable price, gives volume and length as promised, and additionally, it doesn't cause me any irritation.

Very mediocre product. The color is an almost nonexistent brown. I expected it to turn purple/red. The brush is very soft and flexible to the point that it wasn't stable. Zero volume and just enough length. No comparison to the black one from the same line.
If someone wants a similar brown color, the burgundy from the Temptation line (pink packaging) was superior and cheaper.
I have bought it several times and I will continue to do so. One of the best I have used.
Favorite mascara! Volume, separation, and length! As for longevity, I can't even discuss it, literally intact all day! One of the best drugstore mascaras (if not the best!).
I wasn't crazy about the pink shade! It may not be suitable for light skin tones. Somehow, this pink on the eyelashes made me look pale, as if I didn't have eyelashes. I personally wouldn't choose it again! I feel that it didn't accentuate my eyes as much as I would have liked, but rather did them a disservice. Perhaps, on some darker skin, it might look different.
excellent, relatively wet, soft and flexible brush, provides separation, color, and length but not volume. Washes off easily and lasts without smudging. I got the burgundy - it looks like dark brown on me but nice
Very soft brush.. very thin... maybe it's special for girls who know how to apply mascara well. It didn't work for me except for "combing" them
Amazing color, intense blue, separates the lashes and enhances them. Convenient brush, for real volume on my lashes (normal, neither short nor long) it takes 2-3 applications. Also, for me, it's important that it doesn't "run" and doesn't flake off no matter how many hours pass, not even in 40-degree temperatures. When removing it, it's not the most "easy" formula (with other mascaras I usually only use wipes), but with oil or some makeup remover product, I have absolutely no problem.
Initially, I have tried this specific line of mascara before. I had purchased the black one and was satisfied. I can't say, I like this one too, I just expected the color to be a bit more intense. The burgundy is barely noticeable. That's why I gave it 4 stars. But if a more intense burgundy comes out, I might buy it again.
With a lot of application - that much is needed to give some result and the desired curl to the eyelashes - it glues them together and they don't look voluminous. The brush is overly flexible. It is difficult to remove, resulting in the eyelids and eyelashes being strained. I give it two because as a result it doesn't come off and doesn't smudge the rest of the makeup, properties that one can also find in a good waterproof mascara.

I tried the Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High mascara in Burgundy Haze color and I am really satisfied. Its color is very beautiful - at first it looks like a deep brown, but when light hits, it reveals the burgundy shade. This adds a subtle, yet unique touch to my makeup.

I don't understand at all why all this fuss about this specific mascara. Except for the fact that the color is as it appears, everything else is terrible. It leaves clumps, doesn't provide much length, and irritates the eyes after a few hours.
Personally, I wasn't impressed, it's quite mediocre for its price and what it promises. I have long eyelashes and with this specific mascara, I didn't see any impressive results like what I see in essence mascaras
The brush is so flexible that instead of clashing against the eyelash and painting it, it goes with its direction and doesn't leave much color... it doesn't help me to paint them intensely... it doesn't serve me in general...
I have been using this mascara for the past year. It is one of the few that manages to lengthen my eyelashes significantly with just two coats. However, it is difficult to remove, resulting in smudges that get into my eyes. For this reason, it definitely requires a good makeup remover.
For the result and the money it is very mediocre...with 3.5 in essence you have by far a better mascara.
Completely indifferent, it only gives intense color and lifts the lashes. Volume is definitely not there, the brush is very bad as it clumps them together, and length only builds up with 2-3 coats. I would not recommend it.

THE BEST MASCARA EVER. I was using the conventional Sky High consistently for over a year, this one gives even more. Wonderful.
I have short and downward eyelashes and this specific mascara is one of the best I have tried. It makes my lashes denser, longer, and lifts them up. It is a tubing mascara, which means it works individually around each lash. That's why it lasts longer and doesn't smudge, functioning similar to waterproof mascaras. It can be easily removed with warm water or micellar water and doesn't require makeup remover. For even coverage, it requires quick back-and-forth movements, and the second application should be done once the first one has dried to avoid clumping between the lashes.
I've been using it for years! For a few months now, when I wear it, after a while my eyes start to sting and turn red!
I am conflicted about this specific mascara. Overall, it gives a natural result and has intense black color. However, it leaves a lot of clumps when you remove it, which do not come off easily, and the brush is quite thin.
Tragic mascara, I didn't expect this from Maybelline... it doesn't give any volume or length, it sticks the eyelashes together as the formula is like mud and wherever it touches, the smudge doesn't go away no matter how long you wait for it to dry. Also, it doesn't come off easily
I gave it two stars because it's not worth it.. I bought the blue color and I will say that it is.. firstly, when you apply it, your eyelashes stick together so it doesn't separate and the color doesn't last for a long time.. I wouldn't buy it again.
