It is the best tool for serving coffee drinks and beverages (even small appetizers) with the least impact on the back, waist, and knees!!! Ideal for stairs, beaches, and uneven terrains (sand, gravel, cobblestones, etc.). Caution because it is made of aluminum and is relatively flexible... it suffers permanent deformations from impacts which, of course, if they are small, can be corrected with a hammer... And finally, no experience is needed for serving compared to traditional trays... and liquids spill much more difficultly...
