The moment the batteries went in, the alarm started while CO indication was at 8ppm. Test/reset button does not work as per instructions. After 1 hour, the alarm does not seem to stop. Removing the batteries and putting them back in has no effect; the alarm simply continues. There is nothing i can do to stop the alarm. I guess you get what you pay for.

Although I have been using it for a year and a half, I feel that it simply never worked all this time. Sometimes at night it would go off by itself without any source of combustion from anything. I would suggest for such things that could happen while you are sleeping, something a little more expensive for better reliability.

What I ordered and immediately Low cost of course what you pay you get. Without any reason, suddenly it makes the excessive noise it has to notify you and you go crazy for nothing.

I have installed it in a motorhome and many times especially at night it gives false alarms for no reason

Overall, it consumes batteries every 7-8 months for the past 2 years. It also depends on the type of battery you will put in it, I believe

I used it inside a room with a wood stove, at a moment when the stove was "smoking" heavily for a long time, the "detector" didn't detect ANYTHING!

Flawless and expensive for its price,
I made some upgrades, such as a li-po battery and a USB charging module, so I cannot confirm what I read about power consumption,
I also connected it to a relay with Arduino and now I will receive alarms via email on my phone after all the wireless outlets in the area, where I have all the printers (3D printers, laser printers, laser cutter, etc.), have been turned off. If it hasn't needed to give an alarm, of course, I tested it both before and after each "upgrade". I am very satisfied.

I bought it because I had a gas stove and wanted to check if the room had a high level of carbon monoxide. After a month, it started beeping for no reason, but I changed the batteries and it was still the same. In the end, it stayed like that

It was placed near a fireplace for any eventuality. The first one arrived hoarse (defective speaker) but SKROUTZ immediately sent us another one. So far, it seems to be working fine!

Normal operation. I tried it with the bottle open in an outdoor area and it activated. Otherwise, I have no additional opinion.

In one month, it consumed the batteries! New ones were installed and immediately after one day, it started screaming on its own. I should also mention that it didn't even get excited during a test with intense smoke from improperly burning wood. It ended up in the trash!

I have nothing positive or negative to say........I simply tried it by blowing cigarette smoke and it worked immediately.!!

Cheap and does exactly what it should, nothing more than what is needed for home safety from a gas stove!
