It seems sturdy and convenient for the child. Personally, I was annoyed by the compatibility issue with the car because ours was not on the grande punto list. And while all the Isofix points turned green, I have some doubts. However, the store assured me that the installation was done correctly. It seems safe, which is the most important thing of all. One of the covers came off during washing. At the same point on opposite sides, so it’s probably a defect. I’m waiting for news, but everything else is fine.

We changed cars and it fit perfectly. It’s like night and day compared to the old one. I bought it with the prospect of changing cars. Of course, the old car had Isofix; it just wasn’t on the company’s list. If your car is not on the list or is not i-size, JUST DON’T BUY IT. The manufacturer knows something more and states it. If you saw it fitted in the old one and fitted in the new one, you would understand exactly what I mean. Otherwise, it’s comfortable, sturdy, and the child gets in easily and fastens very simply. As for the covers that had come off, I’ve been connected with them for a while, and I expect news about that.

They sent me all the new covers after a year, of course, but at least they sent them. Convenient for the little one; he sat for 3 hours without complaining while going on vacation. I don’t regret my choice. I have a tall and heavy child, and the fastening with one buckle is just incredibly convenient; otherwise, I would have preferred rotation, but I didn’t find anything else decent at a reasonable price, or it was only for up to 6 years, which is why I chose this one.

And yes, it also came off for us. Bought in August 2022, it came off in May 2024. A replacement request was made after contacting the store. After a long time (we reached the end of August) and I was patient waiting, I contacted them. They told me it doesn’t matter that the warranty month has passed because we’ve already made the request and that they would contact the company again. In the end, the company rejected the replacement request. (The store manager told me it was probably because another claim had been made for the fabrics previously).
After bothering them a hundred times because it’s a purchase of three hundred euros, the lady first offered me a discount on something else. I categorically refused, telling her that I had paid three hundred euros and that there was no way, while initially, when I contacted them, I was within the warranty, to pay for another seat. She told me she would cover it in the end and that as soon as she receives new seats, she would send me one. I asked if I could put some silicone and glue it, and she told me to do whatever I want. Eventually, after a long time in November, after it came off again, I called them back, and they told me, okay, we just received only black ones, we will send you black. I said that’s fine, no problem. She told me to arrange to pick it up because we’re talking about a two-and-a-half-hour trip. It wasn’t possible to go immediately, so I called a courier service, and they told me that shipping could cost up to fifty euros. I contacted the manager again, telling her about the extra cost that it was a lot, and she said okay, I will cover it in the end, but I need to change seats with the courier, meaning he would take the old one back. I said okay, just write in the comments that he will pick up something else so he knows. In the end, she sent it to me, but we had an issue because I damaged the fabric of the shield (hot silicone fell while I was trying to glue it), and I threw it away since it had come off, and my little one was growing. She called me and told me that as soon as she received the old one, she wondered why I didn't tell her about the fabric and so on and so forth. She said that she would send it like this to the company, etc. (She didn't speak to me harshly, I emphasize that). I replied that I didn't imagine that I had to tell you since we were already out of warranty; she also told me regarding the sticking to do whatever you want. How was I to know that she would ultimately want to send it back to the company??? In the end, choose something else.... The three stars are for its plastics; I expected something better from Cybex and I didn't expect them to reject the claim. I hope nothing like this happens again because we have become a series....
