I bought it 1 year and 2 months ago.
Since it gets stuck on some carpets but lifts them up and then gets stuck again, I decided that every time I use it, I have to lift up some carpets so it doesn't stop and I don't have to unblock it.
Secondly, after 6 months it stopped mopping, I changed the back part (30 euros from aliexpress) so it continued mopping.
Now, after 1 year and 2 months, it only mops 2-3 times a month max. It broke. And what does it mean it broke? It starts working and after 2 minutes it stops and turns off. I take it to the charging point manually and it turns on again. And again, the same thing.
Now I'm looking for a service point in Greece and God help me.

XIAOMI HERE IN ATHENS DOES NOT PROVIDE SERVICE. I SENT AN EMAIL HAVING A PROBLEM AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF IT. THE CONCLUSIONS ARE YOURS.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT FOR ANY REASON. Spend a little more money and get a company that has been in the industry for years like "roborock - irobot".
I regret it, even my last euro. What a shame.
Many problems: it loses the map, gives an error and then comes back, wanders without cleaning and needs a reset, needs a reset every little while, after a few months of use it stopped mopping. We should never buy devices that do not have service support in Greece. Red flag! 500€ and it will end up in device recycling.
The only positive is that it is relatively quiet. Unfortunately, it doesn't clean as well as the others that are without a bin. It doesn't reach all the spots. I wouldn't buy it again and it definitely isn't worth the money.
The Roidmi Eve is really nice Vacuum cleaner however the mopping is not working properly. After only a few days of use,, the water pump started malfunctioning leading to the cancellation of the cleaning. Eventually i had to cancel the mopping. Now it’s been 2 years and the Vacuum cleaner suddenly stops during the cleaning. After a thorough research it appears that the problem is the battery and the company doesn’t replace it. Practically you are buying a vacuum cleaner for 2- 3 years. As a conclusion, the vacuum cleaner is good, the mopping is not working and after 2-3 years the battery is malfunctioning and therefore the vacuum cleaner is useless.
The application is the worst thing out there. It constantly loses maps. It freezes the Custom, it releases a lot of water in a space where you don't want it to release at all, and generally within a year it tires us more than it helps us.
The application of it is a disaster. It loses the maps and needs to start over. It constantly gives errors that make no sense. For example, it says it needs to clean the filter that is at 60% health, I take it out, wash it with water as it says, dry it, put it back in, and the error continues. It also ruined my vacuuming. It gives an error for the pump. I contacted them and they sent me another pump to change it myself (?), I change it and the same thing happens. There is no dealership in Greece. If I want service, I have to send it to Poland, where the store's warehouse is located. I asked ELTA, it costs 75€ to send it. Overall, problems, problems, problems, and no one to address them to. For the 350€ it costs from time to time, it is not worth it at all. The whole subsidiary system of Xiaomi (roidmi, etc.). With 0 dealership and service, you don't get anywhere. You buy and hope...

I have had it for two years.
The battery has started acting up.
It doesn't clean 100 square meters, it runs out of battery and stays in the middle of the living room (when the battery shouldn't drain so easily and it shouldn't stay in the middle of the room. It should return to the charging base).
Every now and then it loses the map.
TIP: when you do mapping and divide your rooms, SAVE the map.
I sent it to Xiaomi for service. They were very rude, asking for a serial code that doesn't exist anywhere on the product. It has a QR code, which Xiaomi doesn't recognize.
P.S. Mopping is below average. First of all, it's a hassle, put one in, take the other out, wash it, let it dry, make sure it's dry so it doesn't get damaged. Fill a bucket with water and mop, it will take you 10 minutes, and the result will be 1000 times better.
If the price increases due to the additional function (mopping), then it's not worth its money
I paid 450€ and I don't have a vacuum cleaner.
From the very first moment, I should have returned it.
I thought it had to do with some error in the app and it would be fixed.
I installed it in the Xiaomi app and then in the Roidmi app.
Same old story.
The vacuum cleaner is dead after a few hours on standby.
You press the button or not, it does nothing.
It goes offline and that's it.
To get it back, the only way is to open the lid and take out and put back the battery.
That's how it starts again.
If anyone knows what's wrong, please let us know.

Unbelievable and amazing as I call it, the floor is always spotless, but the only thing that bothers me is that it leaves marks from the wheels (I have laminate). I don't know if this plays a role and it always happens when mopping.
I have had it for over a year now and I can confidently say that it is the best purchase I have ever made! It is worth every minute I spent on it!!! I use it once or twice a day to clean and sweep, and I always have a clean house! I have a small dog that leaves hair everywhere and it has no problem picking it up! Occasionally, of course, the vacuum needs a cleaning, but compared to the amount of time I have saved from cleaning the house, it is incomparable! You just have to be careful that it doesn't have slippers or any objects of similar height and weight when it is cleaning because it tends to move them around and sometimes gets stuck.
Everything is good, everything is nice, but it's not suitable for a shaggy carpet. If you have a plain regular carpet, everything is okay. If you have a shaggy carpet, then it will tire you a bit because it will lose its way, it will say that it's on a cliff, and generally it will have some issues. Apart from that, everything is great
The only downside is the mopping, which feels like you're wiping the floor with a wet cloth only once every 3 weeks. You have to do both electronic and manual mopping.
Very good machine I would say, definitely worth its money for me only for the automatic emptying of the vacuum cleaner. Beyond that, I haven't encountered any particular problem. I have 2 large dogs inside the house and with automatic sweeping (you can set a program for when it cleans) once a day, the hairs have disappeared.
This is the third time it comes after service from the dealership and unfortunately the problems with it are countless. The quality is the worst and it is not justified for this money.

Back again... I'm really tired of this...
Overall, it is a very good vacuum cleaner, the main advantages being of course the emptying of the bin and the very good and user-friendly app.
The mopping is not very impressive, but I don't think there is anything on the market that mops really well.
In 12 months of use, it only "got stuck" once, resulting in just having to re-map the apartment.
It serves a 100sqm apartment very well!
For an electric robot vacuum, it is just what you need. In an 80-square-meter house, it goes everywhere, including balconies and showers. It goes over twice as an option and still has almost 50% battery left. It is just what you need, and from the first day, the house looks cleaner. The mopping is not good, the bin is very small, and it does not clean well. So, if the floor is spotless, it can help a little, but it lacks automatic water tank filling and automatic cleaning. But to have those, you need to pay at least double the price. So for the 400 euros that I bought it, it is very good in cleaning, automatic bin emptying, and navigation to go everywhere
A 200 square meter house was purchased solely for collecting dust and hair from the floor. Mainly for maintenance purposes rather than primary cleaning. So far, I am completely satisfied with the fantastic mapping and the suction, which I was afraid of. I don't use mopping because I don't think it's right to do it only with water. On average, it consumes about 35% of the battery to clean the entire house, which I consider incredibly honest. I would definitely buy it again without hesitation
Very useful device for a house, maybe up to about 60 square meters, it vacuums well, mops so-so, mapping only lost once in the six months I've had it, it just tends to get stuck in random spots of the house. It makes noise in the highest suction mode, but I usually have it vacuum while I'm out of the house. And even if it broke, I believe I would buy it again.
Well... after 6 MONTHS.....3 floors in total 500 2/m... it cleans EVERY day 1-2 floors ... perfect result.. and the maps easily, just need to transfer the Base. In terms of mopping, it's so-so, and it gave me a little issue after 4 months.... I overlook it ....... The only negative thing I see is that it can't clean the STAIRS :P :P :P.... that's why the 4 stars :P
Well. After about two months of use, I can say that I am very satisfied. I haven't tried it on carpets yet due to the season, but it glides on the floor. There is not a single hair left from our dog. We use it for sweeping and mopping every two days and the house is spotless.
As for carpets, the cleaning is decent. Nothing more, nothing less. It remains, of course, a very good purchase.
The best purchase I have made in electrical appliances. Once you get used to it, you never go back to the old vacuum cleaner. At first, you do a thorough cleaning with conventional methods (electric vacuum or sweeping-mopping) and then you use it day by day and have a clean house. I imagine if you have small children or pets, you would need to use it more frequently, but it is much better and effortless to have it.
Well, I've had it for about 2 years. I live in a 65 sq.m. house and I have it going throughout the house except for the bedroom and the bathroom because we usually forget things on the floor and it gets stuck.
Positives:
It cleans very well, collects all the hair, crumbs, and anything else that comes up. The bin is the best part; you won't need to deal with it for a long time apart from cleaning it. (Don't buy it without a bin!!!!). Replacement parts are very cheap, but mainly I get them from China and they take a long time to arrive. Easy to use.
Negatives:
Mopping is terrible to non-existent, and also the instructions say not to use detergents, so it essentially just sprays water. In winter, with the carpets, it gets stuck almost all the time until I find the spots where it gets stuck and set it not to go there. If you have carpets on a permanent basis, it's not for you. A few times it has said it got stuck while it looked fine, and out of curiosity, I just pressed to restart it without helping it, and it unstuck itself, so as soon as it struggled a bit, it just stopped.
For this price, you will hardly find something better; it's an excellent purchase. I have it set to clean once a day for the past 2 years, and it has been a great help. Only with the carpets in winter does it annoy me; sometimes it can't get over them and gets stuck, and other times it lifts them up and gets tangled.
Update: 2/8/24
It has broken down on me suddenly for a few months now. If it can't be repaired, I won't choose this one again; I will go for one where you can put water in the bin for mopping and that is more durable on carpets.

The vacuum cleaner saves the lives of dog owners. I have a little dog inside the house that sheds a lot of hair, and the vacuum cleaner cleans every day, resulting in me not having to sweep and the house always being clean. It cleans hair, small pieces of dirt, etc. very well, and its mop effectively collects dust from the floors, preventing it from transferring to the furniture. The noise level can be adjusted according to the suction intensity of the vacuum cleaner. In order for the vacuum cleaner to work, things on the floor must be picked up and there should be no cords, cables, fabrics, or anything else that can get tangled in its brushes.
Now, onto the negatives... After about two months of use, the vacuum cleaner starts having trouble fitting into its base and needs a good cleaning on the sensors, base (and wheels if they get too dirty because they start slipping).
After a year and a half of use, the bag sensor in the base broke, so when the vacuum cleaner went to empty itself, it would tell me that there was no bag (I had to unscrew and open the base, locate the sensor, and tighten the screw that held it in place).
The application is not that good either. Every time I enter, it gets stuck on the last feedback it received from the vacuum cleaner, and I have to exit and re-enter the application in order to operate it and see where it is and what it's doing.
Check the prices of spare brushes, bags, and mop cloths.
The vacuum cleaner needs about 5 minutes of cleaning approximately once a week.
For its price, I believe they could have made something better in terms of the application and structured the sensor system better so that they don't get dirty so easily. As for the bag sensor, it may have just been my bad luck
It connects to wifi very easily through the app and that's it. It simply works. It maps the space, so if you have different levels or floors or a vacation home, it will map them and know where everything is. You can put up virtual walls so it doesn't pass through them and it cleans very well (legs of chairs, sofas, beds, etc.). If your bed is very low, you can put risers so it can go underneath. It doesn't fall down stairs, get trapped, forget to go somewhere, it doesn't get discouraged if you walk close to it, if you open or close doors, etc., it constantly adapts.
Now, onto the downsides... it's not something you forget about. The filter needs to be dusted every 3-5 cleanings (50 sqm), it can collect hair on the brushes (depending on how many people have long hair in the space) and of course, toys (if you have children), socks, cables, etc. It requires a good cleaning of the space from small objects in order to complete its task. Of course, it can continue from where it left off once the obstacle is removed... It usually notifies you on your phone verbally about what's happening.
Mopping is not automated like vacuuming... you have to fill it with water (and empty any excess at the end) and it basically moves around with a cloth that it wets and takes walks around the entire space (meaning there's nothing to clean the cloth during the process)... I would describe it more as wetting the space rather than mopping. So personally, I wasn't thrilled, but the vacuums that do serious mopping cost four times as much, and for what it offers (450€), it's a commendable effort.
In conclusion, it's very nice for maintaining a clean space or bringing it back to a good condition. The battery can clean almost 150 sqm without any problems, the app is decent, and overall it seems durable (it chews up socks, toys, even withstands babies)
Good but in the fourth month the fan motor broke and I had to order it from an international website and install it myself.
But... how come I didn't get it earlier? It's amazing!!! A family with two young children, in a two-story house, with a separate map for each level, it sweeps and mops so that I have a clean house every day!!! It's a wonderful purchase for those who work and can only clean their house once a week, well... so this vacuum can keep it clean for the rest of the days!!! I got it in July so I don't have an opinion on my carpets! It's very easy to program and so far I haven't had any issues at all... touch wood! I watched several videos and ended up choosing this one!!!

Be careful with curtains that touch the floor as it is likely to pull them in and stop. The same goes for mobile charging cables that are on the floor.
On light rugs, such as kitchen rugs, it may push them instead of climbing them due to its weight.
It doesn't hesitate on regular carpets.
Excellent choice! The only downside is that it pulls and cuts the fringes on the rugs, and then you have to detach it from where it got stuck and remove the fringes it ate!
Update: After almost a year of daily operation, it continues to not disappoint, with some exceptions like struggling sometimes to find the charging dock and wandering around the house until it finds it (even though the sensors are clean as I mentioned below) and other times after finding the dock, it goes in and out several times until it decides it's settled. The Roidmi App could be more polished in general, sometimes it shows the device as offline when it clearly isn't, and I have to go through the binding process from the beginning. Still, a good purchase.
Update 2: I replaced the Roidmi app with Xiaomi's Mi Home and everything is smooth as it should have been.
Update 3: The Lidar got stuck and wouldn't turn, so it essentially couldn't work. The culprit was a hair from my wife that found a hiding spot in there. It was very easy to disassemble the top part to get the Lidar out. Good as new.

I've had it for about 2 months. It works almost every day in x2 mode (going through every room in the house 2 times, both vertically and horizontally). It does an excellent job and I am extremely satisfied. I have a large dog that sheds a lot, and now I can comfortably walk barefoot in the house. The mopping, meh, I never use it because it doesn't do a very good job; after all, a manual mopping (hands and mop) in the house isn't that time-consuming when it's already been vacuumed. It needs maintenance from time to time (cleaning the bottom of the vacuum - brushes - main brush, etc., nothing difficult of course). The bag in the main unit needs changing every month (for me, who I reiterate has a dog that sheds half its weight in hair daily), but there is also the option to empty the bag and reuse it a little longer (not very healthy). Overall, I highly recommend it.
Sidenote: If you ever find it trying to dock and continuously coming out and trying again, clean the sensors at the front and bottom of the vacuum and everything will be fine.
The device has a problem connecting to the mobile phone (also Xiaomi). From the beginning, it could only connect to one mobile phone, and to connect to another mobile phone, it needs to clear its wifi first, deleting any other connections it had, and then start from the beginning again. It goes without saying that after every wifi clearing, when you need to reconnect your device, all the mapping data has gone missing as the app considers it a new device every time. In the past week, it simply cannot connect at all...
Also, even though it communicates with the app via wifi, there is no remote control capability for the device.
I recommend this purchase only if you want something to look cool in a corner of your house...
