The new rotating gas knobs - gas valves - StepFLAME technology have 9 specific positions between the maximum and minimum flame where the knob temporarily "locks", allowing you to select the desired flame power more accurately for each cooking session. The operation is mechanical and does not require connection to the power supply for the gas hob to function. Additionally, the flame adjustment from step to step is not instantaneous, so the increase or decrease in flame height is not immediately visible to the eye.
Independent operation
Its operation is independent, meaning it can function on its own without the need for connection to an oven. This means it can be placed anywhere in the kitchen that suits you best. It is suitable for combination with an above-counter oven, as the oven can be placed anywhere, regardless of the cooktop.
Cooking zone power:
Type / power of rear left burner: 1 regular gas / 1.75kW
Type / power of front left burner: 1 dual flame gas - Wok / 4.0kW
Type / power of rear right burner: 1 rapid gas / 2.80kW
Type / power of front right burner: 1 auxiliary gas / 1.0kW
Gas Cooktop
Its type is natural gas, meaning the flame is visible and the burner is surrounded by a metal frame that supports the cookware. It is an ideal choice for pan cooking and especially for recipes cooked in a wok.
Installation should be carried out by a specialized technician to avoid the risk of accidents and damage.

It was installed just yesterday. To tell the truth, the Italian design is proven here as well. It fit on the counter "box" without needing to cut additional plywood. Of course, the previous cooktops were built-in ceramic and not, of course, some free-standing kitchen. This is our first experience with gas cooktops, so I can't express an opinion on their performance, but I will keep what the installer told me, namely that it is the one we needed because the network in the area has the necessary pressure. Conclusion, Performance => correct network pressure. For those who combine these specific cooktops with a gas oven (in my case with the Bertazzoni Gas Oven 76lt under Counter without Cooktops F60 5 HER G K NE (GN)) and in total exceed 11KW, they will also need to make a permanent hole (according to the gas company's statements, after the inspection you close it) in the kitchen space for the required ventilation according to what I find ridiculous standards of the gas company. That's all for now. Update 1/9/22. All spark plugs needed to be replaced gradually after 6 months the first and the second at 8 months. The others were replaced preventively because it was a matter of time before they went off. Note that spare parts and labor were free due to warranty. Also, the representative for the Thessaloniki region was impeccable in everything, as was the technician, fully qualified. The reason for the replacement was purely material failure. Minus one star therefore because for the price of the cooktop and the name of the company it is at least unacceptable.
