It works as it should and its installation was easy (having the necessary knowledge). It keeps the time even during a power outage. I installed it in a multi-apartment building and noticed that it makes a clock ticking noise, which can be annoying in a quiet house at night. I wouldn't prefer it for an apartment where the panel is close to a bedroom.
