I have had it for about 2 years. I was completely satisfied with it. It seemed like a quality and sturdy device. The usage was very rare (1-2 times a month, for soft foods).
However, recently, the base screw came loose, and a washer was found inside a cooked meal!!
By chance, we didn't break any teeth.
I have now screwed it back tightly with a new washer, but keep an eye on it; after each use, it's good to check it.
This particular product is dangerous, especially for little kids, and it definitely should have been recalled.Edit: I must note that I mentioned my problem to "Benroubis," and their response was immediate, as was their interest in resolving the issue.

I have had it for 1 year without complaint. We made even peanut butter, which is very strenuous for the motor, without any problems until we tried to make a velouté soup and the hot mixture broke the glass. Supposedly, it should not have had a problem with hot temperatures. If it is not expensive, I found the glass for 16€, but if it breaks frequently, it's not worth it. The multi with plastic bowls would distort the bowl when we pureed hot peanut butter.

Instead of sitting and grating/cutting the ingredients one by one by hand, you throw them all in the large container it has and you finish your work much faster! It is a chopper, so its job is to finely chop and not so much to grind (meaning it is better to use a blender for baby fruit puree). I mainly use it to make salads with many ingredients (tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, lettuce, etc). It has a powerful motor and only needs a few presses for a few seconds. The ingredients do not drip outside and it is very easy to clean.

Cleaning is very time-consuming because the food gets everywhere! At the bottom of the blades, as it is made, I have to use toothpicks again to be able to remove them all, and at the bottom of the container, there is a little iron piece that I have to unscrew because food gets in there too. Essentially, because I am lazy to clean it, I only use it to cut flaxseed (which it cuts very satisfactorily though).

The cutter, that is, its blades, decompose into pieces after each use and you have to assemble springs and plastic casings. As a result, everything can end up in the pot along with the contents. At the authorized service, they told me that the blade is not covered by the warranty, as if it is due to my own misuse.
