I eat it after an evening workout and fall asleep after about two hours. Terrible night. It started with stomach pain and diarrhea, then vomiting and lying in bed all day. Definitely food poisoning. Stay away, kids.

I had bought two bars. One peanut butter and one chocolate. First, I ate the peanut one and woke up in the middle of the night with stomach pains and spent at least an hour in the bathroom with diarrhea. I thought something else caused it, it wasn't the bar. After three days, I ate the other one. And again, the same thing happened. My sister had the same experience. Not to mention that both of them tasted awful

I give it a maximum of two stars because it causes gas every time I consume it. And if someone asks how I know that the protein bar is to blame, I will answer the following: I consume it every time I have a workout, and when I don't have a workout, I don't consume it and I don't have gas. Also, I want to note that I go to a nutritionist and I have never had so much gas before starting the protein bar. It may work for some people, but unfortunately for me, I suffer from excessive gas.

It is the only bar I have found in the neighborhood supermarkets that is a "regular" bar, unlike the other "protein" bars that have 10-40g of sugar.
I have tried Chocolate and Cookies. Neutral taste, you definitely can't say that you are eating "chocolate" and it's not something you would recommend. For example, the equivalent Fit Spo Chocolate Brownie is much tastier but twice the price.
The only negative thing is that I couldn't find information about the product. The website is in Bulgarian and the page with information about "whey protein concentrate" shows "404 - The page you were looking for was not found".

- 4.38g fat

I got hooked on cookies and cream at some point, then I went for the chocolate and couldn't find them because they were out of stock due to quarantine. After spring, their distribution was restored in both supermarket chains.
Now I enjoy them easily after the gym or as breakfast on days when I go for a run. The other flavors, tiramisu and caramel, are okay once in a while, okay, I don't like caramel but tastes differ, they're just something different. In terms of taste, I prefer the blue and brown ones.
