As I have already fallen twice for a non-genuine Apple Magsafe Charger, I am attaching what you should pay attention to when receiving yours.
1) Before opening it, check the serial number on the package at https://checkcoverage.apple.com/gr/en/
The serial number should correspond to an Apple Magsafe Charger (shown in an image) and should not have expired warranty and telephone support. If it is recognized in the serial number, but shows that the warranty and telephone support have expired, then a genuine serial number has been used, but this particular one remains an imitation. In photos 1-2, such a case is shown. The serial number is correct, but the box has the date 04/2021 as the manufacturing date, where at the time of writing this review (01/2022), the 12-month warranty has not even passed for the serial number to expire.
2) After opening it, check on the cable that it bears THE SAME serial number as the packaging.
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204566
3) The genuine Apple Magsafe Charger, when connected to iPhone 12 and iPhone 13, displays information about the charger in "Settings > General" on the phone, where you can see the Serial Number, the Firmware of the charger, and other information. If it does not appear, then unfortunately it is not genuine.

I don't give a rating as my review aims to inform you that it is quite common to receive a replica. I have seen other people commenting on it, and I just want to add to the frequency that it happens. Like others, I didn't immediately realize that it was fake because it is quite easy to copy the appearance and function to the point that someone without the original wouldn't recognize the difference. To be safe, I would recommend getting it from another company like Belkin, which ultimately will be better than the original (cheaper and won't have the very fragile cable that Apple has made a routine of using, even though nobody likes it).
After minimal use, about 1-2 weeks and not every day, without having fallen or being misused, it stopped charging, while the device works normally with a regular charging cable.
I bought 2, and one worked and the other did not. I don't know and I can't understand how authentic they are or not. I don't notice any difference.
One has no problem, it charges just fine, slowly but okay.
The other does not charge at all
It is a good wireless charger, genuine. It is a bit expensive but we will see over time how long it lasts and if it will be worth it
It does not charge quickly, better with the cable and it gets very hot, you can't even hold it. Also, I have the iPhone 12 now, I don't know if the model has any issues but it's not worth the money
I have stuck it with double-sided tape on the nightstand (next to the Apple Watch charger) and every night I simply place my phone on top so that I have a full battery in the morning. I don't care about charging speed as I don't use it as my main charger. The plus with the double-sided tape is that in the morning when I pick up the phone from it, the charger doesn't move and remains stable.
About 99% of the time, mine is a replica too, but it does the job perfectly. From 20% to 100%, it takes about an hour and a half because it charges with 15 watts. Also, it charges the airpods just fine and quite quickly :)
My 30 euro super charger is genuine, I checked it with the promax 15 phone, it charges slightly slower than with the cable with the apple 20w transformer, it doesn't even raise the temperature
Love it. Fast in charging. I have it for last 3 years and it totally worth it. Work ideal with IPhone , I have 13 and the magnets work fine. My husband also use it for his Samsung- also good, but less speedy
Be careful where you purchase from! I received a replica charger, I believe the store is unaware of it, I realized recently after watching a video on YouTube and visiting Apple's service. The reason was that it didn't charge my airpods pro and my phone doesn't recognize it! WARNING!
I have a similar one, not from Apple, which is good for office work or for those who don't use their mobile frequently. The correct way, as I have read from research, is slow charging like this wireless one. I am only afraid of the temperature that the mobile raises, I don't know if it will cause any problem. It charges in 2 hours, I hope it fixes the temperature issue because I'm afraid it might cause some major damage. Mobile 13 pro
It heats up quickly to very high temperatures. I let my phone charge and it may take up to 6 hours to fully charge from 10%. It's not worth the money, it's better to get a wired charger, there's no need for wireless charging.
It's good, but due to temperatures, I believe wireless chargers should be avoided for now. I imagine this will be corrected in the future...
I bought this product from the specific store Perfect Mobile in Kypseli because I have bought other things for my iPhone from there and have been satisfied. As for the product, it is very good, fast and does not raise temperatures. I should add that I have bought from other companies and have not been satisfied.
Slow charging compared to the cable and sometimes the mobile needs alignment to charge properly. Overall good if you want something close to original Apple.
Satisfied with the charging process, but unfortunately it raises the temperature of the iPhone 13 device too much, so I stopped using it.
21-6-2023 update: I come back to say that the temperature during charging is from the charger itself and not from the phone battery (iPhone 13).
I use it with a magsafe case which is inserted between the charger and the phone, and I notice that the charger gets quite warm but not the phone. Charging time from 20 to 90 percent is about one hour.
Fantastic charger
does exactly what the magnet says, incredible
holds an iPhone 14 pro max easily in the air without falling off
magnetically connects and starts charging automatically and stops automatically
I don't know if I ended up with a non-genuine one!! It charged with only 5 watts instead of the promised 15, connected to the 20-watt brick from Apple! It didn't show up in the settings of my iPhone 13 Pro Max - overall, Apple MagSafe!!! Immediate return!!!!
A good wireless charger charges my phone relatively quickly and doesn't raise the temperature too much. Generally, you have it to show off with it.
For the money (when the equivalent iPhone costs €160), the iPhone 12 Pro Max not only does its job, but also exceeds expectations.
Good and magnetizes well if you have the appropriate case... but if you don't have the 20w type c charger from Apple, it won't work! It requires a charger of at least 15w to function! I tried using an adapter with an old 10w charger from Apple that wasn't type c, and it didn't work! So be careful!
Better to buy Apple than to waste double the money on anonymous, cheaper chargers that you have to keep buying again and again.
Generally, it is a new technology that will be quite relevant in the future and it is good to invest in it. Additionally, personally I find it very convenient as a charger because you don't have to search for the cable to plug it in, you just have it on your desk and as soon as you go to touch it, it connects directly. Also, to see if it is authentic as many say, you simply go to settings -> information -> apple magsafe charger and it will say if it is from apple inc or not.
Overpriced product and unfortunately, due to issues with iOS, it had some problems with functionality when it was released.
Otherwise, it does its job satisfactorily and is an extremely convenient accessory if you don't want or can't plug your iPhone into a charging socket. It doesn't come with a wall charger, which adds extra expenses for someone who doesn't have a Mac/laptop with USB-C or a similar charger.
If you're an Apple fanboy, it's essential to have in your collection.
I bought the MagSafe about a month ago. So far, I have been satisfied with it. It charges quickly and attaches accurately to the magnet. The quality and packaging seem genuine. If there is any problem later on, I will report it.
Good indeed, you simply place the phone and it magnetically aligns to the right spot, charges quickly, is not bulky, but both the charger and phone get very hot during charging, so I stopped using it and use the cable instead.
2 stars because:
1) it's very expensive
2) it requires only the genuine apple type-c charger to achieve the advertised speed
3) it charges slower than the cable
4) it overheats the phone excessively, which affects the battery's health
5) it doesn't offer anything substantial compared to the classic cable, except for leaving the right part of the phone free to hold and play games.
But in the end, is all this investment, noise, and battery trouble worth it?
It charges at 20W as promised and the magnets are strong enough. It won't slip or detach on its own (at least on iPhone 11 ++ with the corresponding charging coils). Unfortunately, it heats up very easily and both the charger and the mobile charging coil (although the mobile much less than the charger) get hot.
For someone who is quite interested and takes care to maintain their battery health at 100%, I wouldn't recommend it.
A great charger, I don't use my phone much so I've abandoned the cable and use a stand with it. If the battery happens to run low, I plug in the cable to charge it faster, but this happens rarely.
Things to note:
1) You need at least a 20W USB/PD charger. Note: PD (Power Delivery). An older charger from a different brand that doesn't have PD won't give you 15W, it will give you 7W with all that entails. Get an Anker if you don't want to spend money on the genuine one.
2) Be very careful with imitations, the world is full of them. Ways to check include the letters on the box (search a bit and you'll find guides) and if you already have it: Settings -> About -> Magsafe where it shows the serial number. You can also check the serial number from Apple.
