iPhone 12. Ultra-fast 5G network and powerful A14 Bionic chip. Advanced dual-camera system. And a stunning Super Retina XDR display, so you can see everything in vivid detail.
Super Retina XDR display
It features an OLED display, offering brighter images, darker blacks, and higher resolution. Unlike common LCDs that illuminate all pixels simultaneously, the pixels in OLED screens can turn off completely to provide true blacks.
Ceramic Shield
The screen and back are protected by nano-ceramic crystals that ensure the iPhone 12 is four times more resistant to drops and protect the screen, while also being protected from scratches and wear from daily use.
Superfast Wireless with 5G
Now you can download huge files on the go or stream high-quality HDR movies without lag using 5G technology. The iPhone has more 5G bands than any other smartphone, so you get 5G in more places. And all that speed opens up amazing possibilities for the future of apps. Plus, when your iPhone doesn't need 5G speeds, it automatically uses LTE to save battery life.
Dual Rear Camera
With a wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle lens, featuring night mode, you can take photos with great detail and color in any lighting condition.
Smart HDR 3
Smart HDR 3
With the help of Smart HDR 3, you can discern details in every shot, even the trees on a bright day. At the same time, color and white balance are adjusted in every shot, making your photos true to life.

I bought it refurbished for €270 as I had a budget of up to €300, and I believe that for this money it was the best choice I could make, even now in 2024. The camera is fantastic, the OLED screen is wonderful and has thin bezels, a fast and powerful processor even after 4 years, and it will still receive updates for at least another three years. The only downside is the battery, which although it is at 100% health, I expected it to be a bit better, although with normal use it lasts the day, and the 64GB is somewhat limited, but I didn't have the option to get it with more. Overall, it is definitely worth it and I don't regret it at all.
I upgraded from Android to iPhone with this mobile and I say upgraded because it is truly an upgrade. Completely different experience.
Excellent sound quality and screen resolution, I recommend it even though it is expensive, it's worth it
Nice now you will say that I am not doing well or something like that because all phones do this. I bought this black 64gb phone from another account. The cameras are perfect, I have nothing to say about that. The only problem that bothers me a lot is that I bought it only for a few photos and social media. I used Snapchat for 5 minutes and it immediately took up 2gb, now you will say it's logical if you have many photos or something like that it will increase. Today I just logged in for a few seconds without doing anything and immediately it went up by almost 3gb, I repeat without doing anything. As I continue scrolling on TikTok, they keep increasing and I only have 30gb left out of 64 in three days that I have it. Okay, I have some games but I don't use them, they only take up a total of 2gb. So, will they keep increasing constantly? What photos will I have time to take, I only have 30 left. Can someone tell me what to do?
After 2 and a half years, it feels like the first day... with 88% battery with moderate use and saving, it easily lasts the day... photos and videos are very good even though it's not the pro version... due to the upgrades it receives for 5-6 years, it is still worth it now.
As a long-time Android user, I have to say that anyone who switches from Android to iOS is like entering a different world. The operating system runs smoothly and when I enter an application, it loads very quickly without waiting for a minute like the Androids I had in the past, and the camera is amazing. As for the battery, for users who have moderate use like me, I recommend it. The sound quality, however, is so-so, neither good nor bad.
The mobile phone is great, the only thing that could be better is its battery... it lasts for a day with moderate use. Overall, it's one of the best phones I've had in my possession!!
A truly exceptional device. Beautiful, high-quality with an amazing processor. After x, it's really something different. Very realistic and comfortable screen, amazing stereo sound and camera. The face id is incredible and a very useful tool. As for the battery, which I see is worrying a lot of people, I would say it is decent. Its excellent processor makes for very good management. For me, who doesn't use social media much, it easily lasts a day. In any case, I think Apple's engineers know what they're doing.
Good choice, it delivers what it promises! Slightly increased price, like all iPhones! I don't know if it's worth giving up Greece's basic salary for a mobile phone!
I had rated this particular mobile phone a year ago when I had just bought it, and to be honest, I had my doubts if it was worth it. Now, a year later, I am absolutely sure that not only is it worth it, but it is also very cheap for what it offers. It has excellent build quality with materials that you won't find in equally or even more expensive phones. For example, the equivalent Samsung S21 is made of plastic. It has a very powerful processor that was able to achieve very high scores in any benchmark I ran (Antutu, Geekbench, etc.). These scores were even higher than flagship Android phones. It has always been and still is extremely fast, doing everything directly and immediately. Its cameras have the best video quality while all photos are stunning no matter what the situation is. It doesn't heat up at all and charges incredibly fast. As for the battery, I am impressed. It easily lasts a day, and if someone is careful, it can maintain a high level even after a year. I have managed to keep the battery health at 99% by avoiding charging it to full, using it while charging, and leaving the level at 0. The screen doesn't have a 120Hz refresh rate, but it doesn't bother me at all. The average user won't notice the difference. The colors are beautiful, thanks to its Super Retina OLED XDR screen, which allows anyone to watch and enjoy any content they want. It has very rich viewing angles, so if someone wants to share something with a friend, the content looks perfect from all sides. Maybe I would like the maximum brightness to be a little higher because in very sunny conditions, some things are not visible enough. However, this only happens in very few cases, such as these summer days when the sun is shining brightly. For anyone who uses social media, the experience is top-notch and better than any other phone I've had, such as the Poco X3 Pro, Samsung A52s, A32, and Huawei Psmart. iOS is by far better and much more convenient than Android. It works very efficiently and I'm writing this in all caps to make it stand out as much as possible. Face ID has never failed me and has never disappointed me. I will never go back to Android, never. This is because no other device has given me the satisfaction that the iPhone 12 has given me. Sorry for the long review and thank you very much for reading.
4 stars only for the battery. Otherwise, the device is amazing! I've had it for about a year and I love it! Undoubtedly, it's now a great value for money.
The mobile phone is the best there is. It's very fast, the camera is amazing and the screen, combined with True Tone, is incredibly realistic. Overall, it's one of the best models that Apple has released. With 4GB of RAM, it simply outperforms Androids... Get it and you won't regret it.
The available memory is not actually 64... the software takes up at least 17. Compared to other devices that use memory cards, you need to constantly be aware not to overload it. To expand to iCloud, you need to spend more money. Also, for a charger, add another 30! The e-sim may not work if the provider doesn't support it, which is very likely in Greece. The battery charges quickly, but compared to other phones, it drains fast (with closed apps and background updates). The back is made of glass, but without a case, it will break! It's very fast (all new devices are), but it's definitely not worth the price! It's a nice machine, with a good iOS, but basically, you're paying for the brand and its resale value. As for features, you can find better ones for a third of the price.
Although I was against iPhones for most of my life, I now consider them significantly improved. After 6 months of using the 12, I can say that it has not disappointed me in any way, and its battery easily lasts a day with above average use (data, Instagram, etc., maps). I also thought that my biggest problem would be the lack of a fingerprint scanner, but I was proven wrong...
Really, what I felt when I got it and still feel as a user for a week now, cannot be described in words. The phone is excellent in all areas! Firstly, in the field of photography and video, it is unbeatable. Tremendous professional-level cinematography (if combined with a nice DJI gimbal, e.g. an Osmo, etc.), as well as exceptional quality and color spectrum of the screen. As for connectivity and networks, I don't need to say anything - IT JUST FLIES! Like the 5G signal it catches (of course, this also depends on the type of antenna installed in your neighborhood) but also the improved 4G+ (LTE) in data and calls. It is worth noting that the switch to WiFi - Calling it supports is excellent (of course, in combination with a good and stable network). In conclusion, everything else is simply excellent and fully characterizes a classic unbeatable and top iPhone. The sound is simply unique (Dolby Atmos experience), technologies, software - ALL TOP AND IMPECCABLE! And most importantly: Support for the next few years (whatever they may be, I have the impression that it is 5, so for a 5-year period, you are fine if you get it). Conclusion: A tremendous mobile with tremendous capabilities and room for upgrades and technology acquisition, as well as the latest models!!!
Excellent: Call speaker, processor, call coverage (VoLTE, VoWIFI), size-form, screen brightness, perfect video and finally real colors in photos, perfect Night mode, mobile durability and waterproofing, functional IOS and upgrades for 5 years (coming to all countries and all devices on the same day).
Satisfactory: Screen durability (because I got scratches from the first day), photos with non-existent zoom (optical x1, digital blurry 5x), sound (stereo OK), screen size, resolution, 4 GB memory.
Specs that disappoint:
-64 GB memory ???? (I paid a thousand, this version should not exist)
-60Hz. Companies today have the screen refresh rate from 10hz (battery saving) to 120Hz in intense tasks.
-lack of always on display that I want
-The fingerprint unlock on the screen was missing. All day at work with a mask, face recognition goes for a walk. I got tired of pressing the code to unlock...
-lack of charger (which I bought after having 5w, like 90% of users)
Conclusion: A good phone will not give problems. Practically you clean for 5 years. Of course, you don't feel like you spent 1000 euros and got a great phone.
In conclusion: Those who want a very good, small, fast and honest phone to last at least 5 years should get it now and will surely enjoy it. If you are gadget lovers who want to change every 6 months, look for other options because you will cry the thousand. Simple :)
I had a dream to get an iPhone ever since I saw the 4... I wanted it so much, I was an Android user for many years... I have no words... amazing, the best thing I could have.
Upgrading from iPhone7... big difference in cameras and battery. Very fast without indicating that the 7 was slow. Otherwise, quality and user experience with Apple, 10/10.
User of this beast for one and a half week and it has left me speechless. Insanely fast (apps download in maximum 30 minutes), episodes on Netflix in less than a minute. The screen is amazing. The speakers are incredible for Netflix music and games. Words are unnecessary for the camera. I switched from the 6 which I had at my disposal just to get away from Android which needs to be replaced every year and I can say the differences are huge. Finally, I have to say that the pro version has nothing to envy since it doesn't want to be used professionally (from photography to a business doctor advertiser streamer). Besides, when Apple puts the word pro, it emphasizes that it is professional. The money is not small but you get what you pay for and I am satisfied up to the last euro. I will come back for the battery which is so far very honest (moderate use one and a half day and heavy one).
UPDATE 23/09/2022: After some time, although the battery has dropped to 88% with moderate use it lasts for 24-30 hours, however, it is still functional and another year that I am indifferent to the new iPhones.
As a long-time user of Samsung's S series and Android, I was encouraged by friends to switch to an iPhone. The phone is like day and night compared to Samsung, and the iOS is very user-friendly. Personally, the battery lasts me two days (I don't play games or spend all my time on social media). It's lightning-fast and hasn't frozen or crashed in the four months I've had it, whereas my previous S10 had already frozen in the first month of use. The camera takes exceptional photos and has a great night mode. I don't regret my decision at all and from now on, it's only iPhone for me.
Although I haven't had the iPhone 12 for very long, I can say that I am extremely satisfied with its performance. It has lightning-fast speed, an exceptional screen, and is particularly user-friendly. Additionally, I believe that its camera is excellent even in low-light conditions. Of course, its battery life is relatively short, but this isn't a problem because it charges very quickly.
I took the first step with iPad Pro 2020. The second with iPhone 12. The phone doesn't lag anywhere, it's perfect in all areas. Only apple from now on.
Excellent choice.
UPDATE: the only thing that bothers me a little is the battery. Otherwise, it's perfect.
Tiring Face ID,
with sunglasses success rate 5/10,
with mask normally 0/10, mask under the nose with extra Face ID 5/10,
Good only in ideal conditions.
We unlock our phone 50-100 times a day. No comparison to the ease of fingerprint.
I have had my phone for about 2.5 months now. Previously, I had a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and before that an iPhone 5s.
Positives: The screen is excellent in low and high lighting conditions. The speed is very good and rarely lags with my all-day use of social media. The camera, although I am not a photography enthusiast, is top-notch from the few pictures I have taken. The design is impeccable and the materials withstand various drops. Of course, a case and screen protector are necessary. The sound is nice, but I mainly use Airpods.
Negatives: I have read from other users about the relatively short battery life. With heavy use throughout the day, it will last about 7-8 hours with Wi-Fi on, which I consider normal with today's standards, although it was a disappointment at first since the S9+ had excellent battery performance. With the latest updates, it lasts me all day from morning to night when I plug it in. What is annoying is mainly the standby performance. Even with Wi-Fi off, it can lose up to 4% in an hour. Anyway, it is something that can be gotten used to, and what saves it somewhat is that it charges in 1 hour and something with the fast charger, so you don't waste time there.
In conclusion, my opinion is that if someone can get it for around $620-650, it is worth that amount. If not, it is better to go for the iPhone 11 or Samsung Galaxy S20. If someone is looking for the top phone with better battery life, it is better to look towards the iPhone 12 Pro Max or Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. (Don't be biased, the iPhone is not the best phone.)
I have had it for two months now, without any problems. The camera is amazing and in my opinion, it's the same as the 12 pro with a slight difference in focus. The third lens on the 12 pro is a 2x zoom that is practically useless and costs an extra 250-300€.
The screen is very good and visible under sunlight.
The speakers (which are 2 and stereo) surprised me! The sound they produce is very loud, clear, and with good (for a mobile) bass.
The battery has not disappointed me in these 2 months that I have had it. I use it heavily and it lasts me from 9:30 in the morning until 11:30 at night, with camera use, social media, games, and a lot of YouTube.
The phone is comfortable to hold and quite light.
Face ID works perfectly, although I would like Touch ID.
iOS gives you a pleasant and simple experience. Overall, it is a very good phone.
The only objection I have is the 800€ price tag, as Apple overprices all its products. But for the 650€ that I got it for (I had a discount from a previous purchase), it was worth it and more.
I recommend it as a phone and for people who want to switch from Android, it is the ideal choice.
Switching from the XS Max, which was the best phone I ever had. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by how lightweight the 12 is compared to older iPhones. In terms of screen quality and camera, it's the best on the market and can handle anything you throw at it (which was missing from an €800 phone).
Overall, you feel like you have a very compact phone with perfect proportions that can do everything. However, it has one major disadvantage compared to the XS Max, and that is clearly its battery life, as I use it a lot. From 9 am to 9 pm is a struggle, and it has disappointed me quite a bit. Of course, the fact that it charges in half an hour with the new charger (which they naturally make you buy) makes it somewhat better. We hope for improvements in future updates because it's ridiculous.
