The bands are loose and may not be suitable for someone with high training demands. For someone who desires moderate intensity in their daily amateur exercise, but also for women, it is a good choice. The quality is not excellent, but for this price, you can't complain... Overall, it doesn't disappoint, but it doesn't impress either!

After a month of use and doing simple exercises, which were actually recommended by the accompanying product leaflet, half of the bands broke and it is now useless. Unfortunately, it's a bad product, I'm going for another option...
