Water-soluble hybrid primer with low odor and VOC content. Ideal for both interior and exterior use. Used as a "bridge" on surfaces of cement, plaster, cement board, drywall, expanded or extruded polystyrene, aerated concrete, cement blocks, mosaic, tiles, marine plywood, MDF and other wooden or metal surfaces to enhance adhesion for plasters, tile adhesives, cement coatings, and putty compounds.
