It works perfectly fine, but be careful! If you don't have a CD player to install the drivers, you'll have a hard time finding them online. Without these drivers, it won't work and the other Realtek drivers won't work either! It took me a while to find them and install them, which I find unacceptable for 2021, hence the 4 stars. Nonetheless, it does its job as it should.

Personally, it didn't download for me with Google Chrome, so open it with Edge or Firefox. After downloading it, extract the files and run the setup. Then restart your computer and the adapter will work properly.
If the adapter appears normally and Bluetooth seems to be working without detecting devices or devices being able to detect it, know that it's not broken, you just need to install the drivers.
Lastly, if you order it during a lockdown, be careful! I ordered it on the 17th and it was sent on the 29th, and I received it on the 7th of January. Luckily, it wasn't a Christmas gift. I couldn't cancel the order because clickaway service in Kozani was almost non-existent due to the special lockdown imposed during the holidays, so online ordering was the only option. I bought it because I read in the comments that it works with the Realtek driver and headphones can be connected to it.
It doesn't work, it's not the right drivers for the specific one I bought.
It is possible that it is different from what others bought from here.

This incident happens every time I press the network, regardless of how long it has been since the previous time. When connected to a wireless mouse (Xiaomi Mi Dual Mode Wireless Bluetooth Mini Mouse), I didn't notice any difference compared to its USB connection and it worked normally alongside the headphones. I have it in a USB 3.0 port of my computer with Windows 11 Pro x64 (ASUS Rog Strix F-Gaming B360 motherboard). I have tried many devices like Huawei FreeBuds 4i, Soundcore Motion+, JBL wireless, and others, and they all work perfectly. It is Bluetooth 5.0 and there is no audio delay, it has the same range as my Logitech G533 Wireless. Truly the best 3€ I have spent. My product is the one in the 6th photo, without the hole for the lanyard.
EDIT: I decided to test it for 2 days working on the computer with the Huawei FreeBuds 4i to see if I would have any issues/disconnections, and there wasn't a single disconnection except when the battery of the headphones ran out after 4-5 hours.

Did you find this review helpful?Recognized in OLD Linux kernel without needing a driver. The problem is that after 2-3 hours it stops working and needs to be removed and reconnected. I don't know if I got a faulty one, but since I need it for 24-hour operation, it didn't serve me well.

It is the "ID 0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth Dongle (HCI mode)" for which there is an open bug in the Linux Kernel since 2013 and it has become the bridge of Arta, they fix it and then it breaks again.

From what I can tell, Windows 10 now installs its own driver which works without any issues. Strictly speaking only about my own USB stick (which seems to have different hardware from the one in the photos), it is a very good adapter. I have never had any connectivity problems. The devices connect instantly, do not disconnect, and the signal is good. I use it in combination with Bluetooth headphones, speakers, and an Xbox controller, and they all work. Windows shows the battery level of the headphones. The only issue is when I have both the controller and the headphones connected at the same time. If I am at a certain distance, the signal drops and the bandwidth is not enough for both to work without interruptions. But considering its cost, I have no complaints. It is worth every penny.

Constant disconnections every 20 seconds with Galaxy Buds+ on Windows 10. After 5 hours of testing with dozens of drivers with manual installation (including the drivers mentioned by others in the reviews), nothing played consistently. Every driver either didn't work at all or had continuous disconnections.
Possibly each store has a different implementation of the adapter, with a different chip, and that's why it works fine for some and not for others, as for example the Realtek drivers never worked for me.It went straight to the trash bin, as expected for its price.
Never again cheap OEM-like solutions.

In Bluetooth radio < v.5.0, the headphones have poor compressed sound.
You definitely need the driver from the CD, which is "realtek_bluetooth_5.0_driver_(RTL8761B)". It is also available on the internet, contrary to what a user mentioned below, I found it on a website called "saunmauch" with a little searching. Write down the driver code + the name of the site and you will find it. Otherwise, use the CD. The driver that automatically installs on Windows doesn't work (it won't find any devices when you try to pair, even though it seems to be working. In Device Manager, it should say Bluetooth Radio 5.0 and not Generic (the automatic one that Windows installs).
If Windows has automatically installed the Generic driver for you, go to Device Manager -> Generic Bluetooth Radio -> Right-click -> Uninstall Device -> Tick "delete device driver as well" and as soon as it's done, run the setup of the proper driver mentioned above.
