The iron is very good in everything!!! It just has one disadvantage, after months of use, the plate collects a lot of salts, causing it to clog and leak water from the relief valve into the base. With a cleaning at an authorized service, it becomes new again!! I attach a photo before and after cleaning.
After 15 days of using only distilled water, it caused a problem on the plate. I took it for service and they cleaned it. Not even 10 days later, the same problem appeared again. It might be my iron that is faulty, but I expected more from a company like Philips.
Although I have had it for a few years, it was repaired shortly after my husband bought it, as it did not produce steam. Generally, it never ironed well and stopped very often to supposedly clean the limescale. However, it is full of limescale again and has stopped producing steam. It's going to be thrown away. One of the biggest drawbacks for me is that it doesn't stand on its base, it moves a lot, you have to be careful every time you place it, so it doesn't fall, it doesn't have safety and for this reason, it has fallen many times.
The iron sticks to clothes and often leaves residue despite immediate cleaning once the indicator light turns on. It stopped working after one year.
Disappointment!!! Very little steam, no pressure at all, and minimal control with the steam release button!! The plate doesn't glide... annoying!!! Not worth the money, it's a joke!!!!
After one year, I have already taken it for service twice. Each repair costs 35 euros. Now, it has broken again, for the third time, and I have left it aside. As an iron, it is very good with immediate steam production, very good ironing, and easy refilling. But, oh, it constantly breaks. In 4 months it broke, it emits smoke and smells like burnt cable, let's see what will happen with the warranty... Anyway, it didn't meet the needs of a household with 4 people. Little steam, low torque and not repetitive, quite heavy.

Very powerful, not as lightweight as some Juro-pro. It produces a lot of steam, but it consumes water quickly.
Review modification: I changed the 4 stars to 1 because one year and one month after the purchase, it broke down, and this was with the use for one person's household. It was never mistreated and always operated with distilled water.
Second modification: going through the process of repairing the device (covered by warranty), I can only say positive things about the dealership. They guided me throughout the process, called me on their own initiative, and the shipping, repair (by Astra service), and return were fast, free, and painless. They even paid for the shipping, despite me being in a remote area.
Summary: the iron is okay, its reliability is questionable, but the dealership is impeccable.
While I always hated ironing and used to iron very selectively, since I got this one, I iron everything. It heats up immediately, even though it holds a lot of water, it produces enough steam so that you don't need to iron the back side most of the time. I don't know how it is to iron with the more expensive ones in the series, but I highly recommend this one without hesitation.
Very nice iron! I've only had it for a week, so I can't judge how it will be in the long run... The only negative thing I would say is the water it releases when it heats up, and what bothers me a little is that I have to transfer the iron under the faucet or use bottles to fill the boiler, while in my old one, the tank came out from the base of the iron... but other than that, everything is perfect!! Lightweight and comfortable for ironing
