I bought the JBL Go 3 on 31/8/2022, so I haven't had it for a long time to talk about durability over time and battery life issues, nor has it presented any problems.
So let's get to the point, starting with the basics: The JBL Go 3 is a fantastic, affordable, and small speaker for listening to your music, as well as watching movies, videos, and more. Just like the first JBL Go, the purpose of the speaker is to provide the best, loudest, and cleanest sound possible in this size, and I can safely say that once again, JBL has achieved its goal!
The JBL Go 3 is an excellent speaker for its size: Very clear vocals and mids, sufficient bass (which is greatly aided by the oval passive radiator it has), and clear highs. Unfortunately, in songs with many instruments and at high volumes, it loses a bit of its clarity (in terms of being able to distinguish which instrument is playing), but if you're not an audiophile, I don't think it will matter much to you. In terms of volume, I would say it has a pretty powerful sound for 4.2W. As for the battery, it clearly lasts longer than the Go (from personal experience) and the Go 2 (according to JBL's claims), and it charges at 5V and 1A through the USB Type-C port next to the strap/hook that the speaker has. Here, I want to emphasize that it comes with a JBL USB Type-C cable, but it would be good to use a good aftermarket cable since several users have reported that the cable provided in the package has caused damage to the speaker (in the photo, I have one from IKEA).
The speaker is also waterproof, according to JBL (something being waterproof doesn't mean you can throw it in your bathtub or pool, forget about that). This gives you peace of mind if you use the speaker and it falls into water or if you spill water on it. I want to emphasize something here: If you get the speaker wet and want to charge it, it would be good to wait for it to dry and have no moisture in the charging port, otherwise, you will damage it.
JBL also has an app for its speakers, but this one doesn't work with it, nor does it connect to other speakers to play together.
So far, I have nothing negative to point out, except for a few things that I expected to be better:
1) There is no way to know the battery percentage. The only thing you know is that if the light is red, it needs to be charged.
2) The speaker's Rubber Feet can move around when playing bass, so be careful with that. Also, users have reported that the rubber feet can come off or easily break, so pay attention to that.
3) Removal of the 3.5mm Jack. Personally, it doesn't bother me and I don't care about it at all, as I rarely or never used it on the previous JBL Go I had. I'm just mentioning it here so that people know.
4) Something very minor, it may bother some people, maybe not: When you turn the speaker to maximum volume, it makes a sound and cuts off the music for 1-2 seconds. It doesn't bother me, but I mention it so you know.
So, in conclusion, it is an amazing speaker and perfect in terms of portability! It is a definite upgrade from previous models, and I believe it is worth the purchase, especially at the price it currently has! If I discover something new or encounter any issues, I will update the review (although it is very difficult, as based on my experience with other JBL speakers, they are black dogs).

At first, I was impressed with the performance, appearance, and overall quality of the speaker. However, after just one month and without subjecting it to adverse conditions, the small rubber anti-slip strips on one side came off... A flaw in my opinion.
Update: I am deducting another star because the speaker has serious connectivity issues! I would not recommend it. Choose the JBL Clip 3 instead. It is more practical and after extensive use, it has not presented any problems. Additionally, it produces louder and fuller sound.
Better and more efficient than I expected for the price and size. Compact construction and crystal sound.

Quite mediocre, I expected it to be stronger (my phone (iPhone 14) sounds louder) if you connect it via Bluetooth to the phone from the i music that I use, it sounds very low when I play the radio e radio it sounds somewhat better generally very mediocre just barely audible

Amazing speaker for its size. I gave it as a gift to my godson who is 5 years old and it has survived quite a few tumbles and still works perfectly.

I recently bought the JBL Go 3 and I can say that it is the perfect choice for a portable speaker. Its design is extremely sturdy and stylish, while its small size makes it very easy to carry. The most impressive thing is the sound quality, as for such a small speaker, its sound is clear, loud, and with enough bass to meet my needs. Additionally, the IP67 certification makes it ideal for outdoor activities, as I don't worry if it gets wet or dusty. The Bluetooth connection is instant and stable, and its battery lasts several hours, covering my daily needs. Although it doesn't have an AUX input and the volume is not suitable for very large spaces, for the price and its category, it is an excellent choice. I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend it!
After 2.5 years of almost daily use at high intensity, the battery is finished and doesn't hold at all, but it works normally with the charging cable. Also, the letters on top have come off, but I must be to blame for that because I had it close to steam (kitchen). With so much money, I have no complaints... and it has endured a lot!!
Generally good little speaker. After 1 year, the rubber feet started to come off. I lost two of them but it didn't bother me. The next speakers I will buy will have more watts. At 1.5 years, I lost it on vacation.

It's a bit annoying that it turns off if the music doesn't play for a while and that the music stops for a second if you press the + for volume and it's already at max. I would like it to have a notification for battery percentage. Overall, though, satisfactory for its price, just fine
rubbish, I got the grundig for €20 which has a nominal battery life of 20 hours and it can't even stand on the table due to the bass. Honestly, I didn't expect that I would have kicked a jbl speaker but the little red speaker from grundig and the old creative muvo are at least 10 times better.

Unfortunately, it loses connection out of nowhere (I have an iPhone) and doesn't connect with other devices like other speakers, for example, the computer, and unfortunately, depending on how you place it, the sound changes (the bass is very pronounced). The battery is not remarkable either, but it doesn't warn you when it's running low, resulting in it cutting off the music continuously. The good thing is that it plays while charging. The sound is good for the price, but if I could turn back time, I would choose another one.

Good sound quality, amazing bass, very loud for its size, with resistance to tumbles. 4 stars because the silicone "pads" supporting the speaker come off for no reason and this is a problem with all the latest models from JBL; they need to fix it immediately.
First of all the package came later than estimated. Second thing it’s hard to pair it again to your phone once someone else paired it with his phone for at least one time. The quality of the sound started being mediocre within few days although I do no use it that much. The battery seemed good for me. Anyway it’s stopped working one month after my purchase although I use it 2h maximum per day. Totally not worth the money go and by Huawei or xiaomi products it’s better trust me.
After other speakers from the same company, I also bought this one to listen to low music and it covers me perfectly.

It's not worth even 30 euros for its performance, the speaker of the phone produces a louder sound and the battery doesn't last 5 hours for any reason, barely 3 hours, it also disconnects from time to time, spend a little more money to get a better one, it's not worth it even for a walk outside, I'm telling you, your phone's speaker, if it hasn't gotten wet and works, produces a louder sound, I mean come on

This speaker is possibly the best for outdoor use, water, sea, sand, etc. Its price is worth it for what it does, as well as its ideal size. I have put it in the sea on top of soap and I have it permanently placed in the bathroom to listen to music, it hasn't suffered anything... obviously it is a speaker for special use, meaning not as a main speaker to listen to music every day or to have high demands as it lacks bass, depth in sound, etc... all of these are logical, although for simple users (to listen to radio, music, in the garden, etc.) it is a perfect tool... It does more than it promises for almost 35 euros
Easy connection via Bluetooth protocol, good battery performance at high volumes, full sound for music listening, but the bass is always present and muddles radio broadcasts or speeches in general. Besides that, a small device with such good sound, autonomy, and durability deserves its five stars! JBL FTW!
I wanted something small for the office and the beach. It is excellent. Perfect design. The sound for its size is impeccable (JBL warranty) and the battery lasts me over 16 hours (I had it for two 8-hour periods and it played continuously, and I charged it on the second day because the indicator light turned on) with the volume at about 40% because it cannot withstand being in a closed space for longer! I am considering getting another one and pairing them for a BBQ!
