The AOC monitor is designed for demanding gamers and users who desire a high-performance display. It features a high refresh rate of 165Hz, a response time of 4ms, and supports AMD FreeSync Premium technology for a seamless gaming experience with tear-free visuals.
Refresh Rate 165Hz
The 165Hz refresh rate, more than double the standard 60Hz level, makes games as smooth as silk. Take full advantage of your graphics card's capabilities. Forget screen tearing and motion blur. Feel your reflexes become one with the action.
1ms Response Time (MPRT)
MPRT is an acronym for Moving Picture Response Time. MPRT technology turns off and on your screen's backlight during image changes.
With the reduced time a frame appears on the screen, "ghosting" and "blurring" effects are minimized, resulting in a smoother, more "fluid" gaming experience.
1500R Curved
The curved design wraps around you, putting you at the center of the action and offering an immersive gaming experience.
Freesync Premium
Enjoy the best image quality even in fast-paced games. AMD FreeSync Premium Technology ensures that the refresh rates of the GPU and the monitor are synchronized, providing a fluid, tear-free gaming experience at the highest performance.
AMD FreeSync Premium features a refresh rate of at least 120Hz, reducing blur and sharpening the image for a more vivid experience. The LFC function eliminates the risk of stuttering in case the frame rate drops below the refresh rate.
AOC Shadow Control and AOC Game Color
Take the battle out of the shadows with AOC Shadow Control and AOC Game Color! Adjust the gray levels for better image detail and brighten dark areas or immerse them back into black on the fly, without affecting the rest of the screen.
G-Menu
The AOC G-Menu is a free tool that you can install on your computer for full customization combined with maximum convenience for any AOC or AGON monitor.
6 Game Modes
Adjust the monitor to the game with the click of a button. Switch settings between built-in presets for FPS, racing, or RTS games, or customize your own ideal conditions and save them. The AOC settings keyboard makes switching profiles or adjusting features quick and easy.
Minimal Distraction
Expand your view with a multi-monitor setup. The narrow bezel and frameless design offer minimal distraction for the ultimate battle station.
Built-in speakers
The built-in speakers make it easy to communicate with family, friends, and colleagues. For movies, music, games, and more, you will enjoy quality sound without the hassle of connecting external speakers.

The screen is very good, don't listen to others. Very good response time, the screen is curved, from the angle the screen looks very good. Also, the screen stand is metallic. Simply put, it is the best budget solution you will find.
It has a height of 42 centimeters and a width of 53 centimeters!
First of all, let me say that the one I received has a 1ms response time, not 4, and what they write in the comments is true. Anyway, it's a mediocre choice in terms of price for what it offers. I wasn't impressed. Maybe those who were amazed either haven't seen other screens in their life or they aged along with the screen (2020 model). You might say, is 150 a lot? I think if you compare it to models over 200+ (27" 2k resolution), yes, it is a lot... and I regret buying it for the reason I bought it. I don't think I will choose this company again, I didn't like its menu, its pre-settings, or what I generally see as a screen.
It was mainly purchased for FPS games with the condition that I wouldn't spend a lot of money since I have a Samsung 4K 27-inch as my main monitor, but with 60hz it had terrible delay, and in the end, it was worth it; it does what it promises: 165hz 1ms.
I have had it almost since it first came out, back then it cost 190€ and now its price has dropped significantly. Initially, the description said it has 1ms response time, which was a terrible lie, then they changed it to 4ms. It has a lot of ghosting, which you can improve with custom settings, but at the cost of image quality. The speakers are legitimately awful, but it doesn't bother me at all because I use external speakers. Excellent viewing angles, free sync premium is a good thing!
Unacceptable service and customer support from the company. The screen, after 2 and a half years of mild use, showed image distortion and the experts concluded that it had suffered physical damage, so it would not be replaced under warranty. The conclusion was made remotely with photos and videos. The screen, of course, was never hit and has no signs of external damage or impact. Stay away from AOC. Pure fraud.
After 2 years and 1 month suddenly it started to make lines and then this damage occurred as if it burned and it doesn't show any image but for as long as it lived, it was pretty good for its price
The bad:
Plenty of ghosting, strange that almost no review I read mentioned anything about it. No setting can change it, except for the overdrive which makes it slightly worse at its highest setting.
If ghosting bothers you, it's better to look for an IPS panel monitor.
The speakers are really awful, low and high frequencies can't be heard at all, only the mid frequencies, but I didn't plan on using them anyway.
The menu and buttons are quite awkward.
165hz is only achievable with DisplayPort, HDMI goes up to 144hz.
Inside the box, there is a DVD, probably for drivers, but what drivers do you need for a monitor... (I know it has several settings in the program, but in 2023 you shouldn't have to download bloatware to adjust them)
On Skroutz, it says 4ms, the box says 1ms, but who looks at response times, they usually say nonsense.
The good:
Colors seem good to me, no issues with viewing angles.
Quite responsive, I don't feel any delay, but I have no way to test it.
1080p, as outdated as it may be, is a huge upgrade from the 1366x768 14.8 inches I was using.
Assembly is quite easy, but strange that it didn't come with instructions.
It worked on the first try, no issues.
The large hole in the stand is perfect for cable management.
It also has VGA, in case you need it for any reason.
Overall, it's a good monitor, I hope it lasts.

Very good. It's not 4ms, it's 1ms and it's AMAZING! Incredible response. The only downside is that the color settings can only be adjusted through the software (which is more user-friendly than the monitor's menu). Apart from that, it's an excellent choice!
Well, the screen is amazing. However, there is still room for improvement.
Positives:
- Refresh rate of 165 hz (but you will need to connect it with dp otherwise with hdmi it reaches up to 144hz)
- The screen, although not stated, has g-sync
- It is curved (although it does not have any HUGE difference)
- It has VERY small bezels
Negatives:
- The speakers are mediocre to bad (depending on the task you will do)
- The screen does not support height adjustment or rotation.
- The settings menu takes a little time to get used to.
Overall, the screen is very good and I would highly recommend it.
Those who say that Gmenu is not supported are wrong, the manual menu is not that difficult (without Gmenu) and it also has Vesa mount which some say it doesn't have and it reaches up to 144Hz with Hdmi (which some say only reaches 60Hz, ridiculous), 1ms is also at 144Hz.
It's a pretty good monitor but it has 2 negatives:
1) You have to adjust the settings in the monitor menu because it has quite a bit of ghosting. The best settings are to have overdrive strong and game mode on Gamer 1. With contrast at 45-50.
2) The monitor stand doesn't have any height adjustment or the ability to move it left/right, it only tilts up/down.
I have been in possession of this screen for 4 weeks now and initially, the first impressions were excellent - the image quality was amazing, the response time was quick, and overall, I was very satisfied. However, recently, a thick black line appeared on the screen, which turned out to be a broken internal crystal. I contacted the representatives of the company in Greece and, after a brief investigation, they concluded that I had caused physical damage to the screen and that it would not be replaced. This is unacceptable and I will not be purchasing from this company again as their warranty is unreliable. I paid $220 for this screen and now it's worthless.
Well, let me start with the only negative thing which is the screen menu, where the buttons are difficult to press and this screen does not support the gmenu (an AOC application). Otherwise, the screen is comfortable as long as you adjust it a bit, it has nice colors again as long as you adjust it. It has 165hz (don't forget to set the 165hz from your computer settings because the default setting is 60hz) and a response time of 1ms, which helps with fps games. As for the tilt of the screen, you can neither lower/raise it nor turn it vertically, the only thing you can do is change its tilt downwards or upwards. Finally, it is beautiful with nice red details and the base is very sturdy and stable. And something I forgot, you can connect it with VGA, HDMI (2), and Display port, where the latter is the best because with the others you can only reach 60hz instead of 165hz.
Quite a good choice for the money. I've had it for 4 months and I definitely don't regret the purchase. The only downside is its menu, which is a bit difficult to navigate, and that it's not compatible with the AOC G Menu.
The features are perfect, as you can see for yourself that they are flawless, such as 240 Hz, 0.5 msec response time, etc. The VA panel is very helpful for video editing. It is flawless for gaming.
Very nice, I recommend it. It's not very visible on the sides, but the menu is perfect. It's a bit difficult because you don't have control, but overall it's great.
The screen is very good, the only negative is the menu which is a bit difficult to use, but overall it is worth the money for someone who spends many hours in front of the screen.
Good screen, I have been using it as my main monitor for 2 and a half years, purchased for €180 in 2021. The negatives of the screen are the terrible speakers (better speakers can be found at Jumbo), if I activate gaming mode, the colors become unreal but they strain the eyes a lot, so I keep it turned off and just play around with the settings a bit. The menu is not bad, but it is strange and unnecessarily large, with the buttons inconveniently placed under the monitor. The stand is stable but bulky, and I miss the height adjustment, it only has tilt. The screen is VA, so it has good contrast but terrible color accuracy like all VAs, and it has ghosting, not at a tiring level but it is there, so I wouldn't recommend it for FPS gaming. The curved feature was a nice selling point back in 2021, but now all VAs have it at a lower price. The 24" that I have is fine if you are at a distance of half a meter, but if you want more, go for a 27" and maybe consider 1440p, so you would need another monitor, which these days is around €200. Overall, for 2021, it was a very good monitor for under €200, but now it faces a lot of competition without a change in its price, so I think it deserves 3-3.5 stars.
I got the 32-inch for my PS5. The Game mode presets are very bad because they significantly reduce the image quality, so I turned it off and switched to HDR mode, which improved the image quite a bit. Also, Overdrive is a one-way street - you have to set it to strong, otherwise weak/medium has pixel/motion blur that strains the eyes. In dark colors, when the image moves abruptly, squares are formed that leave a bad feeling for the eyes, I can't explain it well. The white color is like a very soft orange, and when you read subtitles or menus in a game, it leaves a strange feeling (I noticed it more in HDR mode). The sound is very bad, although it doesn't bother me so much because I play with headphones. I can't say that I wasted my money or that I'm satisfied, but I will definitely avoid this company in the future.
The positives of this monitor are:
1) It has very good ergonomics and is easy to set up.
2) The input lag is very low.
I bought it about two months ago if I remember correctly. Well, it's really good, if you want to play from a slightly angled position you CAN, since it's curved and you can see the angles very well, but the menu takes a little getting used to because it's a bit complicated, but if you learn it you can choose your preferences for any game you play.
32'' ... The purchase was made 1 month ago for 265 euros... I have no words... The screen is impeccable for its price, although to tell you the truth, I didn't expect many things with this amount before making the purchase... A big bravo to AOC... The response and quality are perfect... As for the menu, if you find it difficult, it takes a little getting used to, but you can easily download the G-Menu application from the AOC website and do it via your PC instead of manually... It is definitely recommended without reservation.
Two stars only because I received it with a burnt pixel and they won't replace it! Unacceptable! Yes, I know that one pixel is not covered by the warranty, but it's unacceptable to have a burnt pixel from day one! Also, it has a lot of ghosting... Other than that, it has very nice colors and is generally a nice monitor for its price if it didn't have a pixel problem!
I got it for my PS4 because I was arguing with my girlfriend about who would use the TV. I use it daily for games and Netflix. Completely satisfied with both.
