  I use it for toast, Arabic pita, tortillas, etc., generally I don't grill meats because I have another tool for that job. For the job I need it for, it's generally fine, I always use baking paper to protect the plates as much as possible. The downside is that it takes quite a while to heat up and that if cheese runs down the sides where the hinges are and on the handle from the inside, it cleans difficultly. Also, the point where the cord comes out is not very convenient; it can touch the plate and burn if it twists, so you have to keep an eye on it. The first use got quite dirty, which is why I ran it on full empty for a bit. I work it at 5 and check with my eye if the toast is done (I've learned the times roughly). Overall satisfactory for the money.

  As a grill, I think it does a good job but as a toaster (which is why I bought it) I am not satisfied at all. It doesn't make them crispy at all and you have to leave it on 2 (it says) for more than 10 minutes. Still, the result is not good. I had a 20-year-old one before and it made them crispy in 3 minutes. Unfortunately, it was for 2 slices of toast and that's the only reason I don't throw it away.

  The one I have here for over 4 years has black plates, maybe the model has changed. After so many years, it's like new. I didn't expect that so I decided to write a review. It might be slower than a small one, I don't know, but I never thought it was slow until I saw other reviews. I have grilled burgers and I was very satisfied. The plates don't have a scratch after all these years and they are easy to clean. I think it's what we call value for money!

  It's not worth its money. It's very slow. It has 5 intensity levels and I have to put it on level 5 even for toast. Also, it's difficult to clean and after a year, because I clean it, it has lost its non-stick action.

  Well, the tool is a grill, but it also works as a toaster. I have the first model from 2019, same weight, same design, just the thermostat has changed position. Because of its structure for other grilling, it takes a while to heat up, I think it takes about 10 minutes in total to toast two sandwiches. I have grilled skewers, burgers, etc., it's great for them due to its size.

  The toast and bread slices simply warm up, it takes an extremely long time to heat up and even after 15 minutes, a souvlaki pita for example is still white. Very poor quality. Money wasted
