  On the positive side, it has a sweet taste (although it has a slight aftertaste) and a good value for money, especially if someone buys them in large quantities.
  Perhaps there is an excessive use of sweeteners, and unfortunately it contains soy and gluten. The company has other options without these ingredients. It has a high calorie content, which can be positive for some.

  It is a nice protein bar and the 24 grams of protein it provides is a satisfying meal, but what bothers me is the high amount of calories and fat it has. I consider it to be too much fat for a snack or sweet treat that you want to use.   In terms of taste, it is the best protein bar I have tried. The only problem, in my opinion, is that it has a lot of calories from carbohydrates and fats. If you are on a bulk diet, it is definitely worth it, but for a cut diet, there are better options with fewer calories and roughly the same amount of protein (such as Quest Nutrition, etc.)
