It is very good as a vacuum..but on the minus side, I put the large cord that you can't easily gather, the noise, and the bulk.

Don't waste money on service. When it doesn't spray, unclog the final tip where the water comes out with a blade. SIMPLE.
Also, the connectors have a ball (water check valve) that only lets water out if you press it, and it unblocks if it's been unused for a while.

A very good vacuum cleaner for cleaning carpets. Its negative is the suction pump. It has broken twice and generally does not work well. The solution is simple and better. Wet well with a sprayer first with Karcher detergent with hot water and then with cold water and vinegar and suction. The result is perfect! Stubborn stains Ace and scrubbing.

1st use living room with 10 large back cushions. Time 3 hours. Noise intense during drying. Usability only with the extra nozzle not included in the package, cost 30€. Cleaning liquid 300ml use, cost not included 12€ per 1000 ml. Drying excellent!!! Aroma very soft pleasant smell of freshness. Requires patience, strong hands, comfortable workspace. Maintenance requires good cleaning of everything used, be careful with the hose it released a lot of stuff. The result is excellent in the living room like new. Will come back with carpets and mattress.

I have been very satisfied with the quality of work it does! The only drawback is that the bin is small and fills up VERY quickly. Additionally, in my opinion, it should come with the filter (which I bought separately) and the small nozzle for seats (which I also bought separately) in the packaging

I consider the vacuum cleaner to be relatively expensive for what it offers... and it has various shortcomings in terms of its functionality. I would also like to mention that it cannot suck up soapsuds and foam because it struggles and emits smoke. The water sprayer only works 5 out of 10 times you press it, and it also releases a mist of moisture when you suck up steam. I have been using it with moderate demands since I have only had it for a week.

The vacuum cleaner is cheap for what it offers..
White carpets returned to a better condition than their initial state..

I bought it 2 years ago, cleaned a carpet and also did a little bit in the car after buying the small accessory. I stored it and happily went to clean my car this year, but the water pump got stuck. The vacuum cleaner works fine, I will take it to the service and hope they tell me something normal. If it's normal to buy something and have it break down in the next year, then I am lucky, otherwise this series is garbage

The vacuum cleaner is professional, meaning it only has an on/off function, without the speeds that household ones have, that's why it makes a lot of noise, as it goes... 0-100km/h.
It does its job very well, in dry and wet cleaning, and it comes with a complete set of accessories.
It has 2 drawbacks:
1) It is bulky and easily topples over. When it is full of water, the tipping over can lead to total damage, despite the valves it has. Also, it is difficult to store together with its accessories, which are also bulky.
2) The spraying mechanism broke due to its uselessness. It is logical that I used it to wash the carpets before lifting them in the spring and shortly after I bought it, but as soon as it sat until summer, it stopped spraying the liquid and I went for service. It took them 2 minutes to unclog it, but their advice was simple:
DO NOT LET THE SPRAY PUMP GO UNUSED BECAUSE IT GETS STUCK.

When you put cleaning liquid in the container for the pump to work properly, press with your hand the point where the container connects with the vacuum cleaner (where there is a small tube) because it may not suction well and the liquid may not circulate. I don't know if it's a problem, but it came off for me and it works fine. I cleaned a car that was very dirty and also smelled bad (I bought the corresponding liquid from the company) and I was very satisfied for a device under 200 euros, it does its job very well, although it is not very practical due to its volume and the loose cable, not recommended for apartments, I would say. I didn't take a photo before and after cleaning the car's interior, but I will clean another dirty friend's car, so I will come back

I use it mainly as an electric vacuum cleaner and because I was tired of the traditional vacuums that would break down after a short while, I decided to get this one for better performance.... It's perfect, even for liquids, flawless...

It cleans quite well both carpets and car seats as if you have done a professional cleaning. However, especially with carpets, if they are large in size, the repetitive process of passing the cleaner can be tiring in order to dry the carpet as much as possible and minimize the odor caused by moisture remaining. If someone spreads it, they will definitely not smell. For me, it is simply an easy and high-quality solution for local stains or an emergency solution if you don't have time - you can wash the carpets in the yard/terrace and avoid spreading them in the companies. So, it is worth it. Essentially, the only downside is the tiring process and the smell afterwards, which fades over time.

Too noisy and stains don't come out easily. There are no stain removers that come out without rubbing and even a lot. Now, during suction, it doesn't take out all the water and then it distributes a little. Also, if you don't clean the bin, you've lost the game and it smells a lot, and with the moisture inside, there is a risk of damaging the filter. And I repeat, it worked a few times, I left it with water and cleaning fluids inside, and the spraying never worked again. Now it's going to the big bin on the street.

For household use (car seats, carpets, and sofas), it does its job just fine. Very powerful and effective with the appropriate cleaner, of course. The only negative is the noise it makes.

By far the worst purchase I have ever made!!! For 22 years, I had the well-known cobra from delonghi that did a perfect job and had more options... but I gave it to my cousin because he liked it, and I decided to buy a new one. I ended up with this specific one since we have several products from this brand. Unfortunately, it disappointed me!

I have had it for about 5 years and I am not satisfied. I used it for carpet cleaning and floor sweeping. As for carpet cleaning, it doesn't do much work, the detergent compartment is relatively small and runs out quickly if there is a large carpet. The suction after using the detergent for a short period of time creates a sound as if the machine is clogged, resulting in constantly restarting it, which is annoying and tiring when you have to clean a large carpet. When I had a small baby, I used it for spot cleaning the carpet, but because 1) it takes up space 2) it requires assembly every time and 3) cleaning afterwards, I stopped using it. The sweeping it does is downright terrible, it hardly picks up anything. I was not satisfied.

I used it only once a year to clean two 6m2 rugs, each taking a total of 1.5 hours. In the sixth year, it started producing foam from the joint and making a strange noise, like when the drum is filling up. Now I have to take it for repair. Imagine if I had used it all year round. It's cheap and not worth its money, not even half of what I paid. It's a waste of money, stay away from this vacuum cleaner, and I would say stay away from Karcher as well, only the name remains.

Very good. I cleaned the mattress on the bed and the seats in the car. It makes a slightly increased noise but nothing terrible. Definitely worth its money.

I really don't have anything more to say, I bought it for 190€ and it's worth the money... I tested it on a flooded couch to see how it would clean and I have no complaints, it cleaned well... It just requires a general process to become truly organic, not just spraying and sucking

I used the vacuum cleaner to clean the bed mattress. I was very satisfied. I sprayed, left it for ten minutes, and then started sucking up the water. I did it in the morning. Then I left the window open so that it would dry completely by the evening. I also cleaned the sofas and the living room carpet for a refresh. It sucks very powerfully. And it was a lifesaver since we have a long-haired dog.

On the first day of purchase, after 20 minutes of use, it started making noise and emitting smoke. When we opened it, we saw that the filter had fallen inside the bin (which was already assembled by the factory) and it does not fit well, probably due to a defect on the lid. One person at the dealership says to bring it for inspection, the other says they won't accept it and we have to pay 30 euros for shipping. Terrible service, wasted money on a product that we didn't even use for a day.

Terrible, in order to remove the dirty water bin, the entire system + the clean water bin needs to be removed. Basically, you have to go through the whole process every now and then just to see if it's full. The nozzle gets clogged frequently, even with Karcher detergent. Overall, it requires a lot of patience.
