  The thermos is NOT airtight (which makes sense given its construction) and every time I put it in my bag, I worry that it will open. If you put anything carbonated in it, you're done for; I've had beer spill twice. It's also not good at maintaining temperature for its cost. When I put hot coffee in it in the morning, I expect it to still be hot after 2-3 hours, not just warm (having been spoiled by my Chilly's bottle). Honestly, for €30 it's not worth it; I wouldn't buy it again for anything, I'd rather get a no-name brand because this particular thermos has nothing premium about it. Oh, and the smells that I read in some comments that it doesn't retain, for me, don't hold true (just to note that I put everything from filter coffee to negroni in it... but anyway, when I pay for something, I want it to be odorless). In this age of marketing, anything that has 2 good reviews and is advertised a bit more and sells its fairy tale of a good brand becomes gold in sales, but as consumers, it's good to maintain critical thinking about what we really need. Disappointing product (I reiterate for its premium cost). I hope at least it lasts a long time

  Absolutely safe regarding leaks, keeps the drink cold for many hours. It is very effective for hot drinks although I think it lasts somewhat less time than for cold. It has kept the smell of coffee (it's not strong but it's there) so I don't use it for other drinks or water.
  28/11/24: I bought another one to use for tea, the packaging says it keeps hot drinks for 6 hours and cold drinks for 24. I think that is true.

  I was thinking before I bought it, "How much better can a thermos be to cost twice as much as the others?"

  And yet it can be much, much better.

  After 9 months of continuous use with hot coffee with milk (I think the worst case), besides the fact that it hasn't leaked a single drop, IT HAS NOT SMELLED either the plastic lid or (mainly) the internal rubber.

  The temperature of the drink is maintained for a sufficient time for my needs (about 2 hours and definitely can last longer), while if I have to find a downside, sometimes if I overdo it with the closing, it takes a bit of effort to open it.

  Excellent choice and if at some point it breaks (I don't see that happening soon), I will definitely choose one from the same company. It's worth every penny.

  Very good, worth the money I spent. It keeps hot coffee for about 5 hours. But iced coffee for over 8 hours. I make iced coffee early in the morning, and after 9 hours, maybe even longer, the coffee and ice cubes are still there. For me, the only drawback is that the cap from the lid requires quite a bit of force to open, and the coffee is placed in the door pocket of the car because it doesn't fit in the front cup holder due to its size.

  I rarely write reviews, but this product is really worth my time. First and foremost, I was interested in it closing well and not spilling coffee. The reason is that I get coffee from a shop before I get to work. I ride a motorcycle, so I put the coffee in a bag, hang it on the grip of the motorcycle, and go to work. Of course, the shop is close to my workplace, but still, it doesn't take much for the motorcycle to move and spill.
  Well, the cup closes and you can throw it down and kick it, and not a drop will spill! It has a regular O-Ring (for those who know) and it really has a very secure closure. For me, this was the most important thing and it excels in this aspect.
  The second positive thing is its insulation. I drink iced coffee in winter and summer. When I go to work, I completely remove the lid that closes the cup (I don't just open the small lid for the straw). Even so, when it's time to leave, and I go to wash the cup, there are still ice cubes inside! It's unbelievable that the ice lasts for 8 hours with the lid open. With the lid closed, it might even last for 12 hours!
  Finally, I have to say that I've had it for about 6 months, it has been washed many times, and it's still in pristine condition!
  I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in waterproofing and durability in the cold (I have never put hot liquids in it, so I can't say how long it keeps them).
