the best in sound quality and performance! satisfactory battery, the microphone is crystal clear and in fps gaming it provides all the information I need
After 1 year of owning them, I believe I can analyze their positives and negatives quite well.
Positives:
- They have a good microphone and good noise cancellation, especially if you have the software (G Hub).
- They have good spatial sound and surround sound.
- They are comfortable.
- They have good construction that doesn't easily wear out after prolonged use.
- They are glasses-friendly.
- The microphone is detachable if someone doesn't want it.
- They have an excessively good battery (After 1 year, the battery still lasts for over 24 hours literally).
Negatives:
- They have low overall volume and Logitech hasn't done anything to fix it (a shame).
- If you use their surround sound function through their software and try to record/stream with any program, the sound becomes doubled and generally affects the sound quality of the recording.
- Their software, for better or worse, is not very easy to use for the average user. It is quite advanced and not very amateur user-friendly.
To fix the sound issue:
In conclusion, because I happened to be lucky amidst my misfortune, to fix the sound you need to download the Sonar program from Steelseries. From the Logitech G Hub, lower the bass and volume (not the equalizer), and from Sonar, after setting it up (it will guide you on its own), increase the Volume Boost and bass to the right (both settings have bars), and you're ready. After a year and a half, I found a solution to my problem (not that I bothered much, but it's good to have something to say).
Maybe the first ones who got it had some issues until a few updates came out on Ghub.
1) It is of very good construction headphones and you understand it as soon as you hold them in your hands.
2) You really forget to charge them.
3) Ghub is quite good with many capabilities both in sound and in the microphone that comes with a thousand 2 settings to suit you. Also, for beginners, there is a library where you can find countless presets from other users who have uploaded them and you can use them according to your needs, e.g. music, gaming, fps steps, meaning some have created presets specifically for games like Warzone. You can also choose profiles for what you want to do, e.g. a different preset for gaming and a different one for music, and it changes automatically.
4) As wireless, they connect very quickly once you put them on.
4) As a negative, I would say that for their price and being wireless with Bluetooth, they should also connect to devices that support Bluetooth such as mobile phones, TV boxes, and TVs. It has a Bluetooth adapter that you can connect either to a PC or a console and they only work that way.
P.S: I found a way to play them on a mobile phone as well. You need a USB C to USB A female adapter and connect the Logitech adapter of the headphones there
Within 2 months of purchase, the plastic parts that hold the screws on the sides broke on their own (they didn't fall off or get hit, even though I hung them for a headset). It's a shame because the build quality is very poor for their price. The sound quality is very good, but what's the point when the pieces are falling apart! It should be emphasized that the warranty... they claimed that I mishandled them! Whoever believes me, it's a shame because I am also a Logitech fanboy!! (the microphone stopped working after a year and a half!)
The headphones are really top! I was initially considering the G733, but I tried them in a store and the build quality seemed very cheap, while the g pro have a metallic construction and much better quality! Compared to my previous wireless headphones, the hyperx cloud flight, which I bought for 125, they are worth it if you can find them at the price of 150 that I found them.
To fix the sound issue, you need to go to Sound control panel -> right-click on the headphones -> properties -> properties -> change settings -> Driver -> Roll Back Driver.
IMPORTANT: After doing this, GHUB must remain closed and you need to fix it so that it doesn't open automatically when you start your computer (Task Manager -> Startup -> Disabled). At some point, after a few days, the sound will return to low volume, then you should Uninstall Device again in the Sound control panel and reinstall it and Roll Back again.
Second solution: remove GHUB from your computer and install the old software Logitech Gaming Software (although I don't know if it recognizes the G Pro X, I have the G533). There, you don't need to do a Roll Back, it works on its own.
1 star because Logitech support had no idea how to help me.
I have the same problem too. I had the G PRO wired headphones and the sound was incredibly good. But when I switched to the wireless ones, the sound in games is very low compared to my old headphones. I went into GHUB but it doesn't change anything. Can someone help? I believe it's an issue with GHUB. Can anyone assist?
Well, I have had the headphones for 3 days now. I did not expect the sound to be so low in games after watching so many videos and reading so many reviews. For some reason that I do not understand, the application called GHUB is terrible as it definitely needs an update to increase the volume more because compared to Spotify and YouTube on the PC, it has very nice sound, but the application really ruins it. I have tried everything these days with sound enhancement programs, updating drivers, reinstalling drivers, and various other things, but nothing works. One time, I fixed the sound with various apps and then the microphone didn't work on Discord. DTS:X must be useless, especially through Logitech's GHUB. In short, I really recommend staying away from these headphones until the issue is fixed. My review will remain negative until Logitech fixes it, and then we'll see what review I will give.
I have them now for a week, they are very comfortable even with glasses. I had the 633 Artemis Spectrum before and they were quite heavy, resulting in fatigue after many hours. These are much lighter and haven't tired me even after 6-10 hours. Very good sound, the battery easily lasts 2 days and the microphone is crystal clear with GHUB.
It is very much of you who think that with 50 euros you will find perfect headphones, I'm not saying they are bad but Logitech guys are on another level, they know what they are doing. I used to be a Razer fan boy and one day I said I won't get this keyboard, the g pro, to have it wireless. Then I tried the lightspeed and now I ended up here with these headphones. They are the best in terms of sound, bass, and noise isolation, you can't hear anything, you get a good cable and you don't have them in the middle. Another positive is that you shouldn't see the price like that, they are wireless, oh and the best response from wired headphones. This is my opinion
In a short period of time, I have changed several headphones from various companies. The final decision is that for me at least, Logitech is the best peripheral company
