The hook of the stapler's pressure adjuster is plastic, making it vulnerable. It is of Chinese manufacture. Its mechanism is user-friendly. More expensive than it should be.

I work in a photocopy shop and I have used many staplers in my hands. This particular one is the best I have tried in its category. It has a heavy, sturdy construction with very good leverage: it staples 40 sheets (I have even stapled 45) and you can barely feel it, while there are others (at 2/3 of the price of course) that hurt your hand. Do not forget to use slightly larger staples (24/8 instead of 24/6 - because it can handle those too) to use it to its maximum capabilities!
