  You need to have 12 fingers on each hand to activate the guide: shift, the LED lights up on the top left, at the same time you press the guide all the way down on the bottom right (oh yes), wait for the LED to turn off, press info on the top right second line and then exit in the middle right!
  Reevaluation: find the correct code for the "manisio" remote control and you will find it very cheap and reliable. For my model (Samsung smart TV, S6800 - 2012), I found another one with a 1-button guide, same dimensions as the original and soft buttons = perfect. I bought 2 and I'm relieved (durability... we'll see..)
