Quite good for a close shave. It ignores long hairs but be careful with drops even from a small height when the trimmer is connected because a plastic piece inside breaks and there is NO replacement for that specific part.
I cry my money!
I have tried it with and without foam and every time it hurts me and causes irritation! Not to mention that it leaves many stubbles after multiple passes.
The trimmer is only for a 3-day beard if someone wants, because the attachments are not the right size to "clean up" your beard if you have it a little longer, like 10 days.
The battery is average.
AFTER MANY HOURS OF SEARCHING AND SPENDING MONEY, I came to the following conclusion: Either you get a good trimmer for around 20-30 euros (which there are many) and a good razor and do your job perfectly, or you spend 150€+ for the latest models from Braun that are praised in reviews abroad.
My first experience is very positive. It shaves very quickly and seems to have a lot of power! I had a Phillips series 3000 before, but it was terrible! Braun, for the first time, has left me with positive impressions! I will come back!
Seven years later, I replaced my old Braun with this specific machine. The first trim lasted for two weeks. It almost glided on the face. Deep trimming, without irritations. It's worth its money and more.
Very good, shaves immediately with 1-2 strokes, doesn't stick or pull hairs. In difficult areas, I cut myself the first time but the following times it was very comfortable.
Very close shave. I only use it with wet shaving cream and brush. I bought it because personally, after shaving with a regular razor, my skin felt tight and even pulled the next day. Its replacement is the 21b, relatively economical compared to others. Braun recommends changing it every 18 months. The first/second time there will be irritations, it's until the skin gets used to it. After that, no problems
The machine is well-designed, ergonomic, with careful construction quality and effective. The major drawback is that the sensofoil mesh has a short lifespan when shaving is frequent. The replacement costs as much as half the machine!
This particular machine is an evolution of the older tricontrol series, with the main difference being the new head (3-Flex head) which now adapts to the contours of the face and reduces irritation. The ability to shave with a wet face (using soap/foam) is the difference compared to the 300s model. The new design of the 3 series is more beautiful and ergonomic. The other functions remain the same as previous models. The shaving is satisfactory (and close if you do more 'passes'). The charging is fast and the battery life (off power) is very good. The charging indicator light (LED) is very useful. The packaging states that the machine is made in China (Braun offers a 2-year warranty), but this does not mean that the machine is not well-made and of good quality. The manufacturer recommends changing the head every 18 months, which is a long period as long as it has been properly maintained according to the instructions and the foils have not been damaged/punctured.
Note: For approximately the same price, Philips offers another type of machine called Oneblade, but the shaving is not better than that of the 310s. It is also negative that the Oneblade does not work while charging, and at the same time, the cost of each new head (change every 4 months/2 shaves per week) is exorbitant.
