The left earphone does not charge at all, also I had a problem with the connectivity, I had to disconnect and reconnect them to get them to connect to Bluetooth. Also, my ears hurt a lot and they don't fit well, they don't even stay in place, but you can't really say they are particularly comfortable. I was really disappointed! Other than that, they are decent quality for their price with satisfactory sound.
They do not have multi-pair and it is understandable, but the switching of the connection if you want to use them with two devices could be better. It simply cannot be done without getting annoyed.

Specifically, the pairing is very easy on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7. I read many reviews about the sound, all of them said the best things, and we confirmed it as well. The sound during calls is very clear and loud. The noise cancellation does a great job even with a lot of noise. The same goes for music, no problem with the sound quality. The battery lasts for 2 days + the charging of the case, which is enough for about 2 more charges... we're talking about almost 1 week with moderate use. They are quite durable, the baby has played with them many times and we all know what that means. Their range is normal, depending on the position you have inside the house, it is satisfactory, I would say. I will give it 4 stars because after the 1st year, the automatic connection with the phone is lost from time to time and you have to open and close the Bluetooth, etc. However, I won't give it 3 stars because it is one of the most value for money headphones and the company in general.
P.S. The app they have is very good. Look at it, it has many settings, including device finding.
