I have been taking supplements for years without any problems at all. This is the first time I am throwing away a box because of such a terrible smell that resembles poison. They are not talking about some smell that many multivitamins or b-complex have, but something that literally causes disgust.
And both times I took it, it caused me nausea, vomiting, and discomfort. It seems to be for strong stomachs. I won't buy it again.
It has a bad taste, but I swallow it with water so it doesn't linger in my mouth.
Very good supplement with copper which is necessary for balancing the copper levels in the body, as high intake of copper can deplete the body's stores of copper. If it upsets someone's stomach, it should not be taken on an empty stomach as it may cause nausea and discomfort.
I can't tell you that I will buy it again because it bothered my stomach. This brand is considered the best in terms of quality and absorption. However, I had an issue. I had to give it to someone else who didn't complain about side effects. Maybe I was an exception.
