The "suitcase" for knives is quite good.

It has enough space for knives and easily accommodates relatively large knives.
I have a sujihiki 27' and it fits comfortably inside.
In general, I have many knives from old times and I have comfortably arranged them all inside.

I also have spatulas and other tools which I have placed in the mesh pocket in the last pocket.

The only annoying thing is the shoulder strap it has. The hooks it has there at the edge to attach it to the suitcase are useless. Because I have many things, it is somewhat heavy and I threw it over my shoulder and they broke.

Overall, it is perfect for chefs. Unfortunately, for pastry making, I don't think it is suitable as it doesn't have space for ring cutters and other similar tools. Unless you don't have knives and simply put them in those pockets.
