    I used the hospital-grade pump for 4 months. No difference in performance. Very good, compact, and not particularly noisy. I have no complaints. One should be aware that it has a lifespan of 250 hours, however, it is not absolute, and of course, the cost of renting a hospital-grade pump is also high (and due to its size, it is not practical for transportation or pumping, for example, at the office).

    In other comments, I have read that the performance varies depending on the breast size. Just noting it.

    I have been using the Medela Swing Maxi (the cheaper double breast pump) for a while now and I haven't noticed any difference in suction. The only significant difference is in the material of the funnel, which however fits both breast pumps. It's very good, but I can't find any other difference between them besides that.
