I can hear clearly, but they tell me that they can't hear me well, many times I have to hang up to talk to the other person

I bought it fearing the bad reviews, but luckily things weren't so bad. It seems sturdy, so far I haven't noticed any disconnections, and the battery life is okay. It fits well in the ear, at least in mine, but it definitely takes some time to get used to it.

As for the negatives, I consider the price a bit steep and the quality of the sound you hear from the speaker is mediocre.

It is an attempt to imitate the successful Plantronics E-55 that has been discontinued. It is the only headset that does well. At first, the hook may be annoying, but after a while, you forget that you are wearing it. It fits perfectly in the ear. I have bought two. When you move away from the phone (~10m-15m), it disconnects with an audio message that notifies you (perfect for forgetful people). It does its job decently. For everyday use, it requires charging every 1.5 days (enough for a day for those who talk a lot). It is slightly waterproof (it can withstand rain without taking it off) and sturdy. The only drawback is that the connection base of the hook to the headset has a small plastic ring that, if it breaks (it broke in two after heavy use and falls, of course), the hook rotates like crazy and does not fit the headset well in the ear like when I first got it.

I bought it the day before yesterday.. first use was yesterday and today it doesn't open at all. The conversations had distorted sound, constantly disconnecting from the phone even though it was right next to it, and the plastic that goes into the ear is so impractical that you can't place it properly in the ear, resulting in it constantly falling off. If I could, I wouldn't even give it one star. It's not worth it at all. Money wasted.

From the first test now that I just bought it, it seems sturdy and durable.
It fits well in the ear and is easy to handle.
I hope it won't disappoint me with use

Terrible sound, it 'scratches', has sound distortion AND sound feedback!! When I speak, I hear myself twice......

Bad sound, disconnections, and low quality since in the first week the clip broke. Money wasted!

It broke very quickly, constantly disconnects for no reason. Very cheap imitation of the discontinued Plantronics explorer 55. They only have the same design and nothing else. Barely even worth one star.

A decent headset for the money it asks for. LED indicator for operation and voice notifications. Good fit in the ear without causing much fatigue. Mediocre sound quality from the speaker. As for music listening, the sound is not good, but it is understood that the headset is not intended for that. Nonetheless, it allows for multimedia sound playback. The battery is satisfactory and connection interruptions have not been observed yet.

After quite a bit of use, I would like to note that the sound quality for listening is somewhat "tinny" due to the headset's failure to reproduce lower frequencies, and it becomes a bit tiring in continuous conversations!
