Amazing speaker. My father-in-law has one too, and we connect them together for Dolby sound. Nice bass and clear sound. The waterproofing is excellent. I had it hanging from the beach umbrella, and suddenly a gust of wind blew the umbrella along with the speaker into the sea. After 2 years, it still works

Excellent, one of the best purchases I have made, I can't find any flaw, very clean and powerful sound, connects seamlessly, the battery is more than enough, very difficult for someone not to be satisfied!

I have it for almost 3 years, it has eaten sand, dirt by the kilo, accidental kicks, it has fallen from a bike on the road (only got a few scratches) in rain, in heat. It didn't suffer anything. Its battery life without bass may reach 12 hours at minimum volume (I haven't tested it) with bass it's about 5.5 hours, it's good enough to say that the crooked one is right. I got it after a friend's recommendation, he was satisfied with it, when I heard the sound for the first time, I was surprised! I encountered a difficulty when connecting 2 speakers at the same time, but after a little patience, the result compensated us. You can have an impromptu party instantly with two of these speakers. And you can connect even more. The good thing is that other mobile phones can also be connected to the speaker at the same time and anyone can change the music, but above all, it's worth its money because it's durable and has satisfactory sound quality and the battery lasts. I highly recommend it!

Excellent sound, deep bass, and clear vocals.
Even in podcasts, it doesn't get muffled and sounds crystal clear.
The battery life is definitely over 8 hours (it played 5 movies with a total duration of ~7 hours and went from 100% to 30%).
It has better sound than the speakers of a mid-range television. I've used it with Netflix on both the TV and my phone, and I'm truly amazed. Especially in movies that support Spatial Audio on Netflix, the effects are really good!
Stereo and not mono. I would have liked an additional input jack, but it's not a big deal.

I have it here for about a year and something.... Mainly, I have it for my work, to listen to some songs while serving people. It's a dog... With daily use and adjustments in volume on a daily basis, it works for about 8 hours... It has never been disconnected from Bluetooth.... If it also had USB, it would be the best thing out there...

From the first day it constantly goes in and out of Bluetooth, which is bad,
the battery broke after one minute,
it's heavy for its size,
it costs 90€,
it's terrible, I won't buy it again and it's a shame to give me 50€ for it, considering the money I spent.

Sturdy, dust and water resistant, the sound quality reminds of the old mini sound systems of the company and if you make sure to place it in a spot where it helps with the reflection of low frequencies, then the results will impress you. I spend pleasant hours with my family playing atmospheric Christmas sounds and music from YouTube. Excellent choice for its price, practical and always reliable.

I also had the xb 21, everything was fine until the battery broke, something that will happen depending on usage, battery replacement costs 35 euros, which is half the price of a new one. Never again Sony! Disappointment!

Personally, I wouldn't pay so much money to buy it. It was given to me as a gift, so the experience is sweeter. I listen to metal and I was impressed with the sound quality. Tremendous intensity and bass. Unfortunately, my wife dropped it in the water and now she plays Theodoridou at full volume every night when she takes a bath. She has been using it in the steam for 2 weeks now, but she doesn't understand anything.

The build quality is impeccable and anyone who owns Sony products knows that it is a very reliable brand. Even my older Sony speakers have not disappointed me!
The sound is crystal clear and powerful, the bass is awesome, and if you want to adjust anything, download the Sony app.
It is waterproof (and washable), dust-resistant, and highly durable (based on personal experience, what Sony has said is true). It also has a convenient strap.
As for the battery, it lasts about 7 hours at maximum power, but if you have it at around 70-80%, it lasts 10 hours.
In short, it is value for money, quite lightweight, and will fully satisfy you!

I was torn between the Sony xb 23 and the JBL flip 5. Both are excellent choices, but I was won over by the slightly better sound fidelity and Bluetooth 5 (better synchronization between video and audio) of the Sony. The JBL has better bass and slightly louder sound. However, this didn't matter to me as the volume of both is more than enough. Battery lasts for 8 hours at full volume. At 80 euros, it's a top choice and offers great value for money.
