It never connected to wifi. In fact, the android app mentioned in the manual does not exist. The question I sent regarding the issue (via e-mail) to the representative was never answered... Similar problem with a juro pro dehumidifier...
Most of it has been said before, quite silent this one and its unit on the balcony, for economy I haven't sat down to verify it, but I will focus on the build quality which is tear-inducing, especially now that the weather has cooled down and I switched it to warm, as soon as you turn it off you will have creaking from expansions for 10 to 15 minutes. Very annoying especially when you want to sleep and you want peace, otherwise you just tolerate it.
The air conditioner, 12, in cooling is worse than a 9 that I had which was Chinese. The noise when you turn it off and when you turn it on is very annoying for about 20 minutes.

I bought an air conditioner from this company last year and this year it is not working. Since June, they have been passing the blame between their partners, with one saying "I can't fix it because there is an installation error". The commands on the controller are a joke, simply. I have it set at 28 degrees and it works as if it's at 18, I can't find it, the controller only responds when it wants to, many times I have to approach it at 2 meters to catch the signal. Very good air conditioner 9,000btu for a regular bedroom!! The best thing for me is that it is completely silent to the point that I forget it's on and I only notice it from the coolness (compared to a Midea that I had which made a lot of noise to the point that I would turn it off and prefer to be cold). The air conditioner is more than satisfactory in performance as it cools down a living room and kitchen of 50 sq.m. very quickly with an external temperature of 35°C, and it is quiet both the indoor and outdoor unit. The only problem I had was with the connection to Wi-Fi. While it finds it initially, it then loses and reconnects on its own when it remembers, but it's a minor issue. At 540€ with free installation and a 50€ gift voucher for replacing the old one, it is value for money. The dealership has its headquarters in Thessaloniki and a branch in Athens.
I chose this specific model (12,000 BTU) because of its price, as it jumps abruptly to 18,000 BTU and the prices become excessive. For a 35 sqm space, with high ceilings and poor insulation, it functions adequately. My preference is to use it on the low air setting (anything higher causes dryness in the eyes and makes noise), so the conclusions apply only to the low setting.
As for the positives, I appreciate the ability to adjust the orientation of the blinds horizontally (left-right) using the remote control (the standard adjustment for up-down is also available). Another positive aspect is the compact size of both the outdoor and indoor units. The very positive feature is the low noise level, especially when operating in 'Quiet' mode, where you can hardly hear anything and forget that it is even on.
On the negative side, I would say that there are some unnecessary functions that increase complexity in the remote control and user manual (e.g. SUPER, i-FEEL functions). The remote control itself is slightly larger than necessary and has an extremely small screen. You have to learn to ignore some meaningless symbols that you can't understand (6 different symbols for fan speed?). Additionally, it is not clear which temperature is the room temperature and which is the set temperature of the device (the one you request). The indoor unit shows the set temperature with a light indicator, but you still wonder if you have reached the desired temperature or not. Attention: On the first day of operation, it takes a while to start up, and the service team is in a hurry to leave, making you think they installed a faulty unit. Fortunately, everything goes well afterwards.
Overall, I gave it 5 stars due to the Quiet mode and its relatively good price compared to the competition (€540 from a well-known German importer).
It serves a space of 48 sq.m. quite satisfactorily and immediately, both in cooling and heating. After 9 months of use, I note that it is quiet on the low setting, but at some speeds it produces a small noise that stops after a while, and its consumption ranges from 1.8-2.2 kilowatts on the high setting and 0.7 to 1.2 when it reaches the temperature in heating mode (23 degrees) and slightly less - up to 30% - in cooling mode.
The other features (i-feel, constant 8 degrees, 3D AIR DISTRIBUTION - SMART FUNCTION, etc.) are simply useless gimmicks and have no practical utility. Finally, the remote control seems as if it was meant to save the company's balance sheet: its backlight turns off immediately, the buttons have indistinct markings, it has a small screen and indicators that require a magnifying glass to verify what you have selected. It is a shame that something so trivial ruins the image, which ultimately is your only visual contact with the air conditioner.

One of the best purchases we have made. We got it for a 30 square meter space and it heats it up instantly, it is quiet on the low setting and very economical in consumption. My husband measured it and saw that it consumes very little on a daily basis, only 6 kilowatts. It also has the ability to be controlled remotely because it has wifi. You can also adjust the airflow wherever you want from the remote control. Perfect choice, 10-year warranty.

First of all, regarding plastic products, ALL air conditioners have almost the same quality. This particular one, in my opinion, has better quality. Purchased for heating in Thessaloniki, in a large living room-kitchen. Very good performance, quiet and economical according to the DEH meter reading. The wi-fi ready function works perfectly.
I put them in rental rooms. For 1 month now, I haven't heard any complaints from guests. They work silently, even the external units. I recommend them for similar spaces.
For the performance so far (1 week 12ar) with its features and in combination with its price, I can say that it is unexpectedly a good choice. I have it in the living room and it works 24 hours on automatic mode. It is quiet and overall I have nothing negative to say. I hope it proves to be true in terms of economy and that we won't need to use the warranty (10 years).
I replaced an older, more expensive air-conditioner that I had, and I was worried because of the price difference... I did my research, and I can say that it is the most economical solution I found... and the quality is excellent... I called customer service for information about the warranty and they covered me 100%!
