Cast Iron Plate
The Solia 300 is a device suitable for a small kitchen up to a good restaurant. Its cast iron plate is designed not to scratch, not to retain food residues, and to be easily cleaned. Thus, it meets all the specifications mentioned in hygiene matters
Grease Collector
It features a grease collector so that the food is not fried but grilled healthily, giving a taste result that is equivalent to charcoal grilling.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can

Bought a month ago to cover needs at the summer house when I don't feel like grilling with charcoal, and of course, because of its portability.
I knew that grilling on a griddle is different from charcoal or gas BBQ, and I wanted to experiment with something new.
The instructions are clear. Thick pieces of meat do not cook well on the griddle. On the contrary, I tried a pork tomahawk, which I removed a few minutes before it was fully cooked and let it rest for 6 minutes. Oh, the miracle! It was juicy and perfect, while the crust was crispy.
I also cooked classic burgers with the corresponding vegetables, chicken skewers, and fried rice.
With proper attention, they turned out very well.
Issues:
The Frenchman talks about using a 6kg or 12kg gas cylinder with a regulator of 28 to 30 mbar. Here, they told me that a 3kg cylinder also works.
First, I installed a 28mbar regulator with a flow rate of up to 800mgr/h, and then a 29mbar regulator with a flow rate of 1Kg/h, and I noticed that the adjustment of the burner from maximum flow to minimum was negligible, and there is no intermediate burn.
Also, I connected the Solia 300 to a classic 10kg cylinder with an adjustable regulator of 28-30mbar and a flow rate of up to 1.5Kg/h, and the observations are the same as mentioned above.
Therefore, the only issue I face is precisely this, only to be able to grill with absolute control of the intensity of my grill, as I have to necessarily close one of the two outer burners in order to transfer there what is almost ready.
For this reason, I gave it 4 stars and I would wait for the opinions of those who have also used it, in case any useful conclusions come out.
Quality construction. Very fast cooking, slightly different from devices with volcanic stone. Ideal for burgers, beef, fish (even smaller sizes that are a problem on the grill) and vegetables. Very easy to clean.
